This was our 2nd stay. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub was still out of service. Great breakfast. Complementary hot beverages coffee or tea and cookies from 430 to 630 pm. Friendly staff and all really helpful.

The entire hotel was clean. The staff was phenomenal. The breakfast was great my only complaint which wasn’t their fault was that the pool wasn’t working for our entire stay and we booked this property specifically for the pool.

The breakfast was the best for a Hampton. They have a girl making waffles for you and have about 12 varieties to choose from including chocolate chip, strawberries, peanut butter... the staff was friendly, the bedroom could use a little updating.

Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. The pool and hot tub was closed due to maintenance. We enjoyed the different options for breakfast and we did take advantage of the free cookies and hot beverages. I left a message for the hotel Sierra Vista location that we were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a snack bag with 2 waters, a bag of potato chips, cookies, and a chocolate bar. It helped us a lot for this special attention of details. Thank you 😊.
