Very accommodating! No extra hidden fees, and the breakfast eggs were amazing. Although overall the room could have used a nice sweep, i expected and received nothing short from the western experience.

What a nice place to stay- The firepits were awesome and the views were amazing. The rooms were a little outdated but were manageable and not bad. Only thing is the rooms need to take off the old paint and out new paint- Sagging paint and sagging ceiling makes it look rundown- Fix that and you got yourself a nice room.

Would Not Stay (until after remodel, maybe)

Very disappointed in our stay. We had two children and the pool was closed for maintenance. The pool was green with growth happening! We booked this place because it had a pool and breakfast. The pool was closed (had been for a while and will likely continue to be for a while), and breakfast was watered down coffee, toast (butter and honey), and dry cereal. If I didn’t already pay in advance I would have not stayed there. We were very disappointed in our stay. The kids were very bummed. It was hot Arizona weather with no pool. Unfortunately, it was really disappointing. Rooms were old and not updated. No phone or microwave in rooms. Added a star for the very nice Front Reception lady, the appealing landscape surrounding the building, and the view.

Room wasn't great but the service was

The bed was kinda stiff and so were the pillows, the room was so hot and humid and the air conditioner is super loud. But! Overall wonderful service and not a terrible room.
