This beautifully remodeled open kitchen style awaits you with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and recessed lighting. It is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12-cup standard coffee maker.
The dining room flows into the living room then on to the lanai. On the lanai, families enjoy scenic views of the Peppertree Bay pond and ample space to relax.
Comfortably sleeps , with a Sleep Number king bed in the master bedroom, equipped with a 32" TV and a large walk in closet. The master bathroom has a large spa-type bath tub.
The guest bedroom has a king size bed with large walk in closet. The guest bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower.
There is a washer and dryer in the condo. This condo is accessible by elevators and stairs.
