Our 3 story home creates privacy for multiple families to enjoy. Located 1 mile from the public beach. The village for shopping & dining is a few mins shuttle ride. Inside you will find smart TV's in each bedroom, fully stocked granite kitchen, full laundry room & plenty of beach chairs. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Private pool with fully covered outdoor dining area, amongst the salty air & gorgeous palm trees.

Beautiful home. Excellent layout that worked perfectly for my family. The extra bathroom was a big plus. Kitchen was well appointed and the pool was a great retreat at the end of the day. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is outstanding. They have thought of everything to make your stay idyllic. There are so many things provided that most VRBO rentals don't have like toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, coffee, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and spices in the kitchen to name just a few. There were beach chairs and towels. The bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. We loved the location and the pool and every single thing in this house. It is my second stay here and I will definitely be bringing more friends to visit again in the future. Love Love Love this rental!

Great house

Came with high school friends celebrating our 62nd birthdays. Plenty of room, clean, nice small pool. Close to other places of interest. We had 2 cars but used the free shuttle service. I nice tip is better than parking and driving after cocktails. Would rent again ThanksMeg

Vacay Feels at Home

Our adult family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood near Siesta Beach. Everything you need for the beach or playing poolside. Very spacious living with sliding doors open to the pool and lanai. Loved it!

Perfect home

Excellent home in lovely neighborhood, all the modern amenities, beautiful pool and comfortable, attractive bedrooms and bathrooms. Super clean and well- maintained home. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had eight people who thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would definitely return.

Lovely host and beautiful home in Siesta Key.

Special trip for 93 year old mom for a play, museums, and great restaurants. This home was our perfect rest spot at the end of each day. Everything we could possibly need was there. Will likely return!

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It doesn’t happen often that a property looks even better in person than it does in pictures, but that was certainly the case! The layout and decor was wonderful and we really didn’t want for anything. The pool was beyond wonderful - even on the hottest of days the water was cool and refreshing. The neighborhood was lovely and so convenient to everything. I can’t say enough about the communication; quick and accommodating. I was so pleased that I treated my family to this stay while we attended a family reunion in Siesta Key. I only hope I have another excuse to do it again!

Fabulous Home

Absolutely gorgeous home in a nice neighborhood with plenty of room for the family. The pool was a nice option for the end of the day adventures and kids had a blast! We have made this into an annual trip. This house is just minutes from the Siesta Key beach with plenty of parking. We also visited Turtle Beach for a beach trip as well as kayaking in the mangroves. Pretty cool if you like to learn about the area. We always visit Beans Coffeehouse at least once and we went to the Hub Baja grill multiple times for pickup to take back to Beach house - but great options to eat there! The house had everything we needed if we wanted to cook, but opted out this time :) Definitely look forward to the next time!

Our family along with my mother stayed here while celebrating her 80th birthday, as her house wasn’t big enough to accommodate everyone. It was perfect for our stay. So clean & well supplied. Great proximity to Siesta.

Wonderful stay!

Easy check in process and we were able to check in early. Kids and older family members all enjoyed the home. The home had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable trip. Easy access on and off the Siesta. Great pool and a short drive to the beach but had necessities to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, toys). Would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for us, since we were traveling all around to see family. It was a great retreat to the beautiful key, beaches, and restaurants. The house was great, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

nice property

this was a nice property for my family to spend a long weekend. it’s a mile to the public beach and a couple of miles into the village. the listing is accurate. there is a pool, however, it isnt heated so we weren’t able to use it. very clean and tara was very responsive.

Great Rental - close to everything!

We loved this rental home which was perfect for our friend trip. We had plenty of space and all of the amenities you could need. The home was very clean and comfortable. We had bikes delivered one day to bike all over the island and visit the beach and the village. Exactly as described. The host was very quick and responsive to question as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Gorgeous house

We had to modify our travel because of Hurricane Ian, and this house was perfect! It was a quick drive to the Village and beach (plenty of beach towels and 4 chairs provided), with absolutely beautiful accommodations. The house was inviting with plenty of room to spread out. There was also enough cookware to prepare meals since the village restaurants were often crowded and within close and easy proximity to a Publix in Sarasota. I would definitely consider renting this home again in the future and recommend it to anyone that wants an affordable getaway at Siesta Key!
