We really enjoyed our stay in villa 29. The unit was so modern. Made me want to go home and remodel. We were very comfortable. Loved the shower and vanity in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, however, the bed frame needed something to prop it up , felt like my head was sinking. The only negatives. You should have a Keurig and supply dish soap, hand soap and at least 1 roll of paper towels. I loved they beach access, not crowded and lots of it! It was nice too that beach loungers were available! The grounds were lovely. Well taken care of shrubbery and paver stones. Well lit for night time.

We loved our Villa 29 experience. Check in was simple and easy, the villa was clean and modern. We had friends staying in other villas and we met several times in the common area for pizza and wine. We loved the fact that we had a private beach that was beautiful and uncrowded.

Wonderful!! It was exactly what we needed. We weren't sure we'd make it to Florida for the holidays this year w/it being COVID. We've never rented a beach house before and were recommend here by close friend.We were not disappointed. Our unit was remodeled, spacious and right by the pool. Only steps away from the beach. We bought groceries which helped for quick breakfast and lunches. Restaurant, shops were all walking distance. Anything further just hop on the trolley. I highly recommended Island Beach House and can't wait for our next trip!
