Newly Refurnished Tropical Townhouse at Bay Oaks - Enjoy the large waterfront BBQ/Picnic area and fishing piers on the bay as you watch for dolphin in the bay waters!

Newly refurnished unit offers 2 floors of living space featuring 2 patios and a screened in lanai for plenty of outside space. New flooring, no carpet. Downstairs is the spacious living room with comfortable new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa & views of tropical landscaping and mature trees. Adjoining the living room is a screened in lanai.. The dining area has nice views, and additional seating is provided at the kitchen bar/counter. A full size washer & dryer are provided in the laundry room. There is also a half-bath downstairs.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in both. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, walk in closet, TV, and a private balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds.. An additional deck located between the two bedrooms for more outside space. TV’s are provided in the living room as well as both bedrooms. The unit also offers free WiFi and free YouTube streaming service. Everything you need for a fun time at the beach is provided including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys.

Watch dolphin from the beautiful waterfront area on the Bay where you can BBQ, picnic, or fish from the piers! Also provided for your on-site enjoyment are a heated pool, tennis courts, fishing piers, recreation room with pool table and a lounge where various social gatherings are scheduled. Bike racks are convenient to your doorstep. Free WiFi access is also available in the clubhouse and at the pool. Walk 4 blocks to Beach Access #12, or hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley right in front of the resort and ride to the public beach pavilion (concession stand, restrooms), Siesta Key Village and Turtle Beach.

Our host was fantastic! The house was great if you're wanting to be 5 minutes walk from the beach. Might want to book somewhere else but it was definitely a great place to stay with lots of entertainment close by. Me and my son enjoyed the great fishing on the pier.

Very condo

Condo was great! We used the frogger for hopping to go to the village area, it is about 2 mile walk if you don’t use the frogger. The closest beach access is about 0.75 mile walk which we did but drove and parked one time. The daiquiri deck by south bridge was great. The beaches are gorgeous loved the white sand!!

Siesta Key Xmas Holidays Getaway

Had an amazing stay at Bay Oaks. The condo had everything we needed for our stay with our three kids. Parking was easy and unit well located to the pool and beach and restaurants etc. Unit was well maintained and very clean.

The complex was super nice. Only problem we had was a local ( Tony) that was at the boat dock fishing everyday. He was super annoying and too political. He is there every year and that is why I will never come back.

We enjoyed our stay!

Holly and Victor were easy to communicate with. The property and townhouse were clean and as described. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. It was nice to have the washer and dryer and to have beach towels provided. I am glad we decided to rent a car. I don't think the trolly is as convenient as described. The beach was beautiful! Thank you you for an enjoyable stay!

Furniture was of poor quality, and extremely hard and uncomfortable. A slip cover over the sofa—-really!!! Only positive is the comfortable bed in the master suite. As noted in a previous review, carpeting was very dirty and loose in places. Furniture on outdoor decks was limited to one hard plastic chair on each of two of the decks, and two dirty, hard chairs on the screened in deck, with a filthy rug there also. We have stayed in two properties in Bay Oaks previously because of the great location. This property was a tremendous disappointment to say the least.

Apparently prior renters were very messy.

The property has all the amenities listed and the pictures are accurate. The appliances, TVs, and A/C were all in working order. We were surprised to find that the tp holder in the master bathroom and towel rack in the spare bathroom have been yanked out of place. We also found that the carpet, particularly over the stairwell was quite filthy. We reported the issues when we came in on Monday evening. The handyman was not available to fix the fixtures during our stay (no biggie) but we were told we would have the carpet cleaned, which was done Thursday morning. Management told us that the issues had been found when the prior guests had left, so it is understandable that the fixtures could not be repaired right away. The state of the carpet, however, clashed with the rest of the unit. Had the carpet been cleaned (or the issue explained) prior to our arrival, I would have given this property a much better review.

Beautiful Condo on the Bay

The condo was beautiful. The décor was beach style and we loved it. We had five women so the 2.5 baths were put to good use. We loved that each level had the balcony's and the carport for each condo was an added plus. The negative things was that there was no beach access so you had to walk a few blocks down to the public beach access or drive about half mile to the public beach. That was a real downer since I love to get up early and walk on the beach but the bay access was right at condo and we seen the dolphins in the bay a couple nights. Absolutely beautiful. The other negative thing was that the units had one pool which was were well kept but the lowest point was 4 feet deep and no children allowed in pool unless potty trained and then it was well over the little ones heads. Beautiful landscape and well trimmed lawns. Would love to stay there again if they can get access to the beach from neighboring units.

The condo is nice,but it does need up dates.3 Lanai is a waste of space.furniture on The lanai is old and moldy.my son found 2 mouse traps.one in his room and one in the kitchen.I sent a email to the rental and was told someone would come out and never did.no beach access.

On arrival air conditioning was not working, this was reported and was repaired within 24 hours. The telephones where in permanent charge, but did not work. Out of 3 televisions only one was working. Despite reporting these problems at the same time as the air-con. nothing happened. It left a bad taste which reflects our rating. We were in G12

Nice, but not reasonable access to the beach.

The condo was very nice. I found it to be clean, with the exception of some hair on the floor of the master bath. The kitchen was nicely stocked with items for cooking. The outside light did not work. A light when loading our car the night before we left would have been nice. Walking down the stairs in the dark while carrying luggage was a little risky. Also, there is a dip in the floor as you are walking out of the master bedroom that someone should probably take a look at. Overall, if the property was closer to the beach we would consider renting it again.

A wonderful condo ! Very clean! All the comforts of home !

We recently stayed at Bay Oaks, June 2018. We had a wonderful condo unit! This unit is very clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Just had to get groceries. The kitchen is stocked with all your needs for cooking. Laundry room has towels for the pool. There is a beach umbrella and beach chairs. We wanted to bring those, and couldn't because we flew to Florida. But the condo had them ! We were happy ! All the rooms in this condo so nice. We cooked out at the grills by the bay, and had a picnic at the table. Beautiful views, and a cool bird that hung out with us because he was checking out the food. Boats were going by, and a nice ocean breeze. The pool is very, very clean. The pool water was perfect. Warm, we didnt have to have a chill stepping into the water. Amazing! I could easily move permanently into a condo in Bay Oaks. Coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine at night, and walk to the pool and relax. So awesome! The beds are all very comfortable. Lots of walk in closet space for hanging clothes. 3 patios ! I would recommend this unit to everyone. You will have a great time ! There is a bus stop out front of Bay Oaks, and the free siesta beach trolley (no tips accepted) will pick you up. Check out Captain Curts seafood restaurant just down the road. Very good ! We are coming back June 2019 ! Already looking to book it right now to secure next June !

The Bay Oaks house was such a perfect stay for our group. The place was clean and had everything you need. Honestly, it looked better in person than in pictures. It is within close proximity of the beach so that was really nice as well.
