Amazing balcony for the best people watching on Ocean Blvd. Quick & easy three minute walk will put you on the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Beach! This beautifully appointed apt. is perfect for those who will not mind the "buzz" and energy of our busy little Village. No need for a car to get around. You are where everyone wants to be already. Very walkable!

The space
Very unique because of it’s proximity to the beach and the heart of Siesta Key Village

Guest access
Access through a locked gate and up a set of stairs. There is also partial access to an elevator that is used primarily for the cool store downstairs but can be accessed if absolutely necessary. Amazing people watching from the very private and cool balcony

Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one space for parking.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
- Towels may not be hung over the balcony railing at any time.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

We loved the location and the apartment in general. However, the bed was awful. I specifically asked if the bed had been replaced before I booked. They assured me it was a brand new comfortable bed, it was not. It was just a really thick, way too soft, mattress topper stuck on top to try and hide the awful bed. It did not work. Please get rid of the Murphy bed and put a regular Queen in there! I know it’s a tight space but it can happen and it would be so much better for your guests. Almost every review has been telling you how bad the bed is. :/ Listen to them please. If the bed was replaced we would definitely use this VRBO again.

Rough start ...

Check in wasn't good. I stayed away from 9-10pm for flooring install ( which never happened as a favor to the owner, he called and asked in advance ) When i checked in the place was never cleaned and very dirty , bed clearly slept in and dirty towels in a pile in the shower. It was an error and the place was missed by the cleaners Since it was late getting someone out there to clean wasn't easy. At 12:45am they finally sent me to a different house for the night.( the house they sent me to was excellent) not sure why they didn't do this at 10pm when i called about the situation. At one point they just offered a refund and i was on my own at 11pm at night to figure it out after a long day of travel and a few drink across the street while waiting to the cleaners, driving around looking for a new place wasnt an option. The reason i gave it a 3 star is because the place on day 2 was perfect. It was a great location, however if you like to sleep early before 1am it's not the location for you. between to bars that have loud music. That didn't bother me but might to others. There was a terrible topper on the bed that made you sink in, i recommend they remove it.

Great place/Great location

This place exceeded our expectations. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and is minutes away from everything you need, i.e. restaurants, market, etc. The outdoor fan sparked when we turned it on and tripped the breaker, but it was probably a result of wind damage causing the wires to short. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location and the room was well supplied from kitchen needs to beach supplies.

Fun place to stay but please replace the mattress for your future guests. Previous guests have mentioned this since April of last year. It was very uncomfortable.

Convenient and fun spot!

This was place perfect for us! Really convenient to all the bars, restaurants and the beach. Also, two locked doors to get to our room which was nice. The live music and DJ on both sides goes late on the weekend, so if you are wanting a quiet place this isn’t it. But an awesome place to people watch all day long.

Location Maybe Too Good?

Positives Location is truly in the heart of all the action and walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, grocery market, shops and the beautiful beach of Siesta Key. Also, people watching from the balcony was great. Negatives Location is right next to SKOB (Siesta Key Oyster Bar) Which has entertainment until midnight most nights. It was like trying to sleep while a band rehearsed in a room down the hall!! Additionally, both the murphy bed and pull out couch are terribly uncomfortable, with mushy mattresses and noisy/creaky frames. Very bad for sleeping. Small things like the toilet roll holder, garbage holder lid, fan on balcony and drawer slides on utility drawer in kitchen, all having issues or being broke, should be fixed. Lastly, concrete stairs up and down to apartment are covered, but get wet when it rains, so they can get slick and be a possible slip hazard. In closing, this studio apartment is good for a couple that want to party all night, pass out, recoup on the beach the following day and then do it all over again. Unfortunately, that is not us.

Perfect location, lacking accommodations

Location was absolutely perfect. Right downtown, easily accessible to coffee, shops dinner, drinks, and the beach. The apartment was very easily accessible with a great parking spot and clear instructions for entry. We thought it was really well insulated from the town noise. However, We were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness/comfort of the apartment. Thank goodness one of our 3-person party cancelled, because the pull out couch is NOT usable. It was SO uncomfortable due to the bars/supports. The queen bed was similarly disappointing. It was really comfortable but EXTREMELY loud anytime you moved on it. When we arrived, the bed wasn’t made and the sheets were wet, in a pile by the door. We called the property management number to request sheets. We never heard anything else from them that day. Luckily, laundry was available in the apartment, so we could wash the sheets and have somewhere to sleep. A garbage bag of sheets randomly showed up unannounced while we were out the next day. Further inconveniences - there was no hand soap or toiletries in the bathroom, the floors were covered in something sticky, one of the tv remote had dead batteries, we couldn’t log into the Roku guest mode to download our streaming apps, the toilet paper holder kept falling apart, the garbage can was broken, and the front porch fan was broken - missing all but two fan blades?! Luckily, we spent most of our time out of the apartment, but genuinely disappointed.

Terrific spot in Siesta Key

We had a wonderful experience at this VRBO in the heart of the cute Siesta Key Village full of shops and restaurants.The host was so easy to work with and the place is clean and well appointed. The balcony overlooks the bustling street which made for fun morning coffee and evening happy hours. I recommend it!

Prime location

Great place, suited our needs just fine. Great location, no need for a car. If you want a ride just hop on the Frog Hop shuttle. Great response time from host. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.
