Located on Siesta Key on a dead end street is our 4 bedroom 3 bath home spacious enough for a large family gathering.

Situated on the Grand Canal with the world famous beach close by, it’s easy to take the free community shuttle, take a short bike ride or even walk if you prefer.

Our home has everything you need for a relaxing and fun filled holiday.

Families find our home works very well as it is large enough for everyone to find their special spot.

Great Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this property, the house was immaculate. You can tell the owners really care for this property and it is well appointed with everything you'd need for a great stay. The backyard/pool area is relaxing and great for kids and lounging :) We hope to visit again at some point.

Amazing Property!

We had the absolute best stay at this property. Both Owner and Property Manager were so helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful and the amenities were perfect for our family vacation. Location to the village was great as well. We had a great time!

Wonderful house, great location

We had a fantastic time in Siesta Key, made even better by staying at the Thomas’s house. The house is warm & inviting, nicely decorated for the holidays. It’s the perfect layout for family gatherings with lots of outdoor & indoor entertaining spaces & plenty of private space. The pool is awesome. Access to paddle boards & bikes made it easy and fun to get anywhere. Everyone loved the rope swing. My husband & I hosted our 3 adult children, 2 w/partners. And we had family in the area, who came over for several dinners to play & watch games. It’s a wonderful house in a great location on a gorgeous key. Grant is fantastic to work with
super responsive, considerate and helpful. I’m sure we’ll be back!!

This was an awesome property! We loved Siesta and loved our stay here! Kids loved the pool!

The waterway was an awesome little view too! Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly with questions. We stayed Sunday- Friday. Yard guy and pool guy did come during our visit. We didn’t mind they were pretty quick but kids couldn’t swim during this time. No biggie to us. As we have owned property elsewhere and had to have these people come. But it may annoy some visitors?? Overall an amazing vacation and a great home to stay, especially with a larger family! Very open!

Great for family gathering

Was as advertised. Great house for family gathering. The kitchen provided lots of plates and equipment to handle meals for a big group. Very well stocked. Outside patio was lovely at night. Overall very happy with the accommodations.

SUPER GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!! NICE FOR SMALL KIDS TOO!!!

Our family stayed here recently and had a great time!!! So clean and the outside set-up was fabulous with the pool and outdoor seating area!!!! We had two small children and the home was set up to accomodate them- pack n plays, high chairs, etc. !!!! 3-4 minute drive to downtown and to the beach. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing rental

This rental was perfect for our long weekend. The house was setup with literally every single thing we needed like beach towels, multi coffee machines, and even a fire pit. Would definitely be renting this VRBO again.

Just as Described!

What you see, is what you get... Great property; spacious & well kept. Located at the end of a quaint, quiet street (a nice surprise with the craziness of the village). Bikes came in handy often. Extra fridge in the garage. Grant was super easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Allowed us to plug in our rented golf cart. Had delicious meals at Ophelia’s & Summer House (make reservations ahead of time). Be sure to check out Island Tap & Grill for the best fish tacos & bowls. And the organic, authentic gelato spot! Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joe’s & Target all within 15 min drive. Very helpful that this house is located close to the northern most bridge, which is a lot less congested. Can’t beat the powdered sugar sand beaches of Siesta Key.

Spring Break 2021

We stayed 5 nights at this property in March and it was perfect for our group. Two families, 4 adults and 4 kids. Location was easy, pool and outdoor area were the highlight. Beautiful grounds, plenty of seating, great heated pool. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill were used frequently. House was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable.
