A piece of paradise

We had an amazing time in siesta key. The property fit all of our needs and then some. Just a short walk to the beach and the rooftop pool was such a cool feature. Kitchen was a great size. We enjoyed family dinners every night. Great place.

Great location, unit needs major updating

The proximity to the beach is fantastic. Outside of that we felt this was overpriced for the quality of the unit. Most appliances, while mainly functional, are damaged and run down. Refrigerator shelving in door was all broken and cracked, ice/water dispenser and ice maker were not functional. Washer was moldy as well as showers. Bedding was very thin and no extra blankets were provided/available. Patio door side panel was ajar when we arrived and we had to push it back on the track to close it. Televisions are not smart, small and very slow. Unit has only tile floors with no rugs, and were covered in sand when we arrived. Dishes were put away dirty. Front door lock was very difficult to use as it would not register the numbers for our code each time we hit them. Door also is not fully sealed. Elevator was not available to us for getting luggage up and down. Positives are the new beach chairs, wagon and ping pong in the garage. We did not take advantage of complimentary bikes, but that was a nice perk.

Great spot. Close to beach

This was a great spot for our family that was coming in from different states. Easy access as we arrived very late at night. Clean house with some extras in the garage for the beach! Close to the beach which was perfect for us. Would stay again.
