This was our favorite stay in Iceland. The view from our room was incredible, the hot tub and sauna so relaxing and the breakfast was outstanding. This place is deserving of all the 5 star reviews and is a place I will work into my itinerary whenever I return to Iceland. I wish we could have stayed another night

Friendly, clean and welcoming hotel. Much less clinical than some in Iceland. Limited alternatives to eat outside, but did really like the herring in the museum cafe.

If I could rate the staff 6 stars out of 5 I would. Amazing property in such a cute little town. Relaxed in the hot tub had a specialty cocktail enjoyed the breakfast. Will make sure to come back when we’re in Iceland next

5 Star Quality Stay!!!!

This was the most luxurious place we stayed at in Iceland. The property is immaculate. The stunning views of the harbor and even an old sail boat in front of the hotel. There is a hot tub to use with comfy white bath robes. A beautiful hotel bar and dining room. The breakfast was amazing (and included) with a huge selection of elaborate choices. We had a huge picture window in our room overlooking the harbor with a seating area to rest. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets so soft, I wanted to buy them. There was even a fire place and a reading room. Get there early to enjoy your stay, and get a good parking spot (as it's limited).
