Hotel room smelled of weed from adjacent rooms. Seems like hotel is used for permanent residences as well. Two young kids, no parents seen for two days we were there, moved home belongings from one room down the hall to the room right next to ours. Pillows were horrible. Shower leaked from the top and made huge puddle on bathroom floor.

The check in/check out was super easy no problems at all staff was friendly it was very quiet. Suite, we rented was very nice two rooms bathroom was stocked and clean. My only complaint would be that they need more options for breakfast they still needed about 1hr, and half left for breakfast & they didn't restock what was out, so you only really had cereals and waffles because they ran out of bread, and i could assume would be bagels or biscuits cause all the 3 compartments were empty only 2 muffins. Other than that, not bad just plan to eat breakfast elsewhere or at 6am to be able to get a chance to get breakfast before it's out.

The hotel was recently remodeled. Very nice large rooms and very comfortable beds.

Main lobby was cold. Employees had their winter coats on. Room was not clean and in need of maintenance and repairs. The south wing of the buildings entrance doors we proped opened. This was in the middle of the night with night time temperatures of 0 degrees. Not safe to stay here.

They are remodeling so it might be better when they finish. My suite was okay I would have liked for all the rooms to have heat in them. I just had it in the bedroom area. The bathroom and side sofa room were very cold. Breakfast was not the best. Need more choices to make it better.
