Charming 2-bedroom house in park-like setting

Welcome to Cowboy Cottages - Cottage B is a ranch style home located at the back of a 6+ acre lot with 2 ponds, plenty of parking and lots of trees. The home is quiet and peaceful with 2-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large sunroom/dining area, spacious kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. The back covered patio has a grill, firepit and plenty of outdoor seating for a large family. The home is dog-friendly with plenty of space for your four-legged loved one to roam.

There is a sand volleyball court on the property that both Cottage A and Cottage B can access during the warmer months. A shared game room will be coming soon that will be located in the soon-to-be renovated shed.

The home is located just minutes from Glenwood Caverns, Glenwood Hot Springs and Iron Mountain Hot Springs, 45 minutes from Sunlight Mountain Ski Resort, and about an hour from Aspen/Snowmass or Powderhorn Ski Resorts (opposite directions). There are plenty of things to do in the area from hiking, biking, rafting, paddleboarding to hunting,fishing, off-roading and more. Eat in or dine at top-rated The Miners Claim right here in Silt (also lots of food trucks). Drive a little further for great restaurant choices in New Castle, Glenwood or beyond.
