HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Arsa is a house built in 1981 in the Engadine style, in the centre of Silvaplana, next to Hotel Julier. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The new sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cable way Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. During the winter season busses run every half hour in any direction. More physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Da wir bereits vor einem Jahr in derselben Wohnung waren, haben sich eine ausführliche Schlüsselübergabe und Wegbeschreibung erübrigt. Kompetenter und freundlicher Empfang im Büro St. Moritz. Sehr sauber, gut ausstaffiert und eingerichtet (in der Küche haben wir nur einen Messbecher und eine Küchenwaage vermisst). Wünschenswert wäre ein automatischer Hand- und Küchentücherwechsel nach einer Woche.

Wir schätzten speziell die Handseifen in Küche und Bad und die Desinfektionsmittel im Eingangsbereich. Aufmerksame Reaktion auf die Gegebenheiten. Sehr schnelle Reaktion als der Wasserkocher ausfiel. Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Habe einzig den Handmixer vermisst, als ich einen Geburtstagskuchen backen wollte... aber es gibt ja auch gute Bäckereien in der Umgebung. :)

Für Anreisende mit dem Zug ist die Zahlung der Nebenkosten vor Ort etwas umständlich, wenn man nicht in St. Moritz residiert. Gäbe es da nicht die Möglichkeit einer Rechnungstellung? Bei allen bisherigen Reisen im In- und Ausland fanden wir im Bad immer Handseife und genügend WC-Papier vor für die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer. Das war hier nicht der Fall. Keine Katastrophe, da der Volg in unmittelbarer Nähe war. Hier bestehen aber offenbar unterschiedliche Erwartungshaltungen. Alles andere war perfekt. Ein besonderes Kompliment dem Putzpersonal. Alles makellos sauber. Mit Dank und herzlichen Grüssen Laura Maggi Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Die Schlüsselübergabe am Bahnhofschalter klappte reibungslos und schnell. Ebenso unkompliziert die Schlüsselrückgabe bei unserer vorzeitigen Abreise.
