There are currently some wear and tear cosmetic cracks on the wall, but otherwise in overall good condition. One bedroom tiny house apartment with self-contained bathroom, kitchen and combo laundry machine, and with optional access to main house common areas such as sunroom and BBQ kitchen. Sheets/pillows/towels provided. 15 minutes walk to red line metro. Full size bed. Everything included such as wifi and parking. No smoking or pet allowed. Take the walkway on the left of the house all the way into the backyard, the tiny house is at the end.
