      Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
      The building is dilapidated and filthy. The carpet is so dirty it's black; the handrails are falling off, the paint is trashed and the front door does not lock. It is disgusting. The condo is slightly updated but still dirty. They charge a property fee of $150.00. I really would like my money back.
