Our home, nestled in the mountains, is close to skiing, hiking, biking, lakes and many family-friendly activities. You’ll love the location, the views, the mountain feel and how close it is to six world-class ski areas. Great for couples, families and groups of friends. Spacious 2,300 sq.ft. duplex home includes 3 BR, 2.5 BA, 2 living areas, 2 decks, private hot tub, state-of-the-art TV/audio system, excellent free WIFI, heated garage, and much more. Bus stop and hiking trails one block away.

In addition to spacious sleeping spaces for up to eight (8) people, there's a fully equipped, modern kitchen, dining area, spacious deck with grill, huge TV (65" Super Ultra HDTV), Blu-Ray player, Sonos surround sound audio system, family room with second flat screen TV and many games in supply, hot tub off the lower deck, office space, Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom, two car heated garage, full size washer and dryer, electric car charger and many more amenities! Not to mention great mountain and lake views.

Our home is in a quiet, upscale cul de sac street with all private duplex homes.
Just off Ryan Gulch Road - halfway up Wildernest
Elevation of 9,400 feet. The road is very well maintained and cleared of snow in the winter. Bus shuttle stop a block away, but most people will want a car. Great garage and reliable plowing to make it easy to come and go at any time of the year. We're not on site but very responsive to texts, calls or emails. We have a local "Caretaker" who can provide on site assistance, if needed. The home is thoroughly cleaned between quest visits.

Perfect little place!

Very nice, clean and well kept property. We throughly enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Only thing that wasn’t so great was the hot tub wouldn’t hold heat for some reason. Property owners were great at responding to any issue that came up. The location was perfect for either Keystone or Breckenridge. We’ll be staying here in the future!

Truly a hidden gem

The house was actually nicer than the pictures portray! We loved everything about our stay. Location was great to restaurants and close to the interstate. We didn’t utilize anything but the coffee pot and hot tub. But they’re equipped with any and everything you need! The beds were warm and cozy. The bathrooms were very clean. The best part was they had very nice humidifiers. Our friends who stayed in the downstairs bedroom said their humidifier didn’t work. Being from Florida, having the humidifier kept us from going crazy while we slept. Overall it was an excellent trip. If we ever come back to the area, I’d be sure to reach out to rent this home. The owners were available at all times and were very responsive with messages.

Christmas 2021

Very nice, clean property. Was all decked out for Christmas including a tree which was nice since we brought presents. Parking is a little tight, especially for SUV's and the lower level twin bed mattresses probably need to be replaced. Overall a great experience!

Amazing Oasis!

Our family had a great get - away to this house. Great location with lots to do all around, but also plenty to do at the house to relax and unwind. Loved the back deck, large kitchen and living room area. Enjoyed using the hot tub at well. Owner was great with communicating. Highly recommend.

Loved the mountain views!

Our family completely enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for all and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. The location had easy access to highways for ski resorts, shopping and take-out food. The humidifiers were very helpful and the 3 floors helped our grandbaby have a quiet napping area on the 3rd floor while all others played games and watched football without having to be quiet. Also the heated garage was wonderful while unloading our luggage. We will surely be coming back!

Perfect getaway

My family of 6 kids (14-19) all stayed here for a COVID friendly get away just before Christmas. It was perfect. The 3 story split level was perfect size that we could come together with plenty of space on the main floor and yet all have privacy when we were ready for some quiet time. Neighborhood was nice, kitchen was very well equipped to feed a family of 8, perfect location close to town for shopping and multiple options for boarding/skiing. Owner was very responsive to every question/inquiry I had. We had one small mishap upon check in but it was taken care of quickly with very minimal disruption. Highly recommend and we will be back!!! Oh and the spa was the perfect end to a day on the slopes and worked great!!!

Wonderful Weekend for Leaf Peeping

We had a great stay in this house. We loved the large open living room and spent most of the time there. The temp ranged from 20s-80s and the house accommodated the shifting temps easily and it was lovely to open the windows and feel the mountain air. In the evenings it was great to shut the windows and cozy up by the fire. The hot tub was great, clean, hot and just steps from the door. The location by Lily Pad Lake Trailhead and close to town and the reservoir made it an easy location for hiking, boating or grabbing some food to go if we didn't feel like cooking. The kitchen was great and well stocked. It's so nice to use a vacation home that is actually someone's home, not just stocked minimally like a hotel. Great stay, would love to come back again.

Great place! Wonderful location! Jacuzzi!

We wanted a getaway, anywhere in the Rockies, for our family of six. This ended up being the perfect place. There were enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. The house is well appointed and has everything you need. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi. It was so nice for us to enjoy at the end of the day. The location is very convenient and everything you need is relatively close. We also traveled to RMNP and that took almost 2 hours - but so worth it - and a gorgeous drive. Lastly, I really appreciated the owner and his attention to detail. He sent out instructions and an info packet that had *everything* you needed to know. He also left many avenues for contact if you still needed help.

Family Vacation

We rented this location for a family vacation at Christmas time. The property is clean and although I had to contact the property owners for check-in codes and information, the process was easy and hassle free. The location is centrally located and easy to get in and out of. It was well cleared during snowy times and easy to get to both Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. The heated garage with boot warmers was a nice bonus. The property could use some updating with furniture, the mattresses were not as comfortable as we would have liked and the size leaves something to be desired when you have adults sleeping in them. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit to do laundry when needed. Views were good and lots of natural light was available.

Quick summer family getaway.

Great location for visiting Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge. Nice to have separate living space upstairs for adults and children downstairs. Location has nice views of mountains and Lake Dillon. Very nice hot tub and balcony. Overall enjoyed very much.

HOTUB! Mountain Sunrises!

We loved our stay here! The views of the sunrise over the mountains were inspiring every morning. And the sunsets were beautiful as well. Loved all the windows. The home met and exceeded all of our expectations. Having a garage was a blessing. Convenient to everything, we even took a scenic drive to Leadville. Frisco is a short drive also. Beds were comfy and we let the kids have the downstairs which was nice to have our space. Would definitely stay here again.

Unless you're looking to ski at one resort and stay in a ski-in/out home you can't beat this place for the money. We had three couples so we easily moved the two single beds together in the third room. The location was great since we skied different resorts all five days, which made the hot tub not only fun but necessary as well. Our vehicles were too big for the garage (Yukon XLs), but the boot warmers in the garage were a real plus. I'd stay there again.

Perfect for a family or group of 6. Well equipped with everything you need.

Nice home located close to all resorts. We enjoyed the home as it had everything that we needed. Cozy and warm with great amenities including the hot tub where we spent time after a day of skiing and snowboarding. Would highly recommend for small group or family.
