Come home each afternoon to wood-beamed ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and shared on-site amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and a game room with air hockey, Ping-Pong, billiards, and arcade games.

This loft is located in Wildernest, a neighborhood of Silverthorne with wonderful access to hiking and biking trails in summer, as well as snowshoeing and Nordic skiing in the colder months. You'll have your choice of four world-class ski resorts (Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge) within a 17-mile drive, all of which can be easily accessed on the free Summit Stage. In the summer, you'll be just three miles from the Dillon Amphitheater and the Dillon Marina, where you can rent a boat or a kayak to take out on Lake Dillon.

Was fine.
Appreciated things being clean but house maintenance seams to be lacking. Fridge did not work and customer put in a miniature fridge. When visitors have stay at a rental they typically have an expectation of haveing a freezer, especially when we plan on making dinners. Also, the sliding door to the balcony wouldn't open, the kitchen faucet could be replaced (loose/wobbly), the "master" bedroom toilet lid was loose and kept falling and the "master bedroom shower was small and every time I tried to turn I hit the faucet with my elbow towards the hot and had to adjust repeated. (and I'm only 5'11 and 200 lbs.) If these things were fixed I would have not had much to say on the negative. And as far as 5 stars on communication, I didn't try to communicate. Don't know how that would of turned out if I had tried to complain or enquire about

The space itself would have been nice but the bathrooms were not cleaned well at all. Shower liners were dirty there was hair in the bathrooms toilet not cleaned .there was hair in one of the beds and in the ice in the freezer. My stay was not comfortable because I felt like the place wasn’t clean and that there were germs surrounding me....I had to wipe down everything with Lysol wipes but still did not feel comfortable. Entryway and hallways Into the building were also dirty.

Good option for reasonably priced stay near ski mountains
It was a little difficult to find in the dark upon arrival and google maps was not detecting the specific building since there were at least 8 in this complex, but once we found it getting into the unit was a breeze. The space was adequate for our short stay, no overhead lighting made the space a bit dark. The property was very responsive when we alerted them there was no more dishwashing fluid and dropped it off promptly while we were out. Very close to a bunch of ski mountains, which is why we chose this stay.
