2. Proper disposal of trash and recycling. Bins out by 7am on Wednesdays if you are staying midweek. No glass, no clamshells, no plastic bags
If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, you must either have a cleaning after two weeks $150 add'l or pay an add'l $165 for deeper clean at the end

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a wonderfully clean, spacious, convenient, fun setting. A great place to gather. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Also, our host was on top of everything.

Beautiful home, worked out perfectly for my family. The early check in helped out tremendously. It was 6 minutes away from the wedding venue.

Beautiful house with excellent views

It is a beautiful duplex within driving distance to popular tourist destinations like Breckenridge, Vail etc and within walking distance of Dillon reservoir and river. It is also well equipped and has lot of sleeping space and some friendlyneighbors. The views of the mountains from the upper window is also very pretty ( I believe those mountains were 13k+ high).
