There are good points and not so good points about this property. The good points: clean, spacious apartment, well-appointed kitchen, liked the sink being outside in the main bedroom. Not so good, it was awfully hot in the rooms even with all the doors and windows open, a ceiling fan would have done wonders. Also, there is not much insulation in the ceiling, so you hear all the noise from the neighbors upstairs which was quite annoying. And the major negative point for us, we rented this place because there was supposed to be a direct entry from the parking lot, but when we got there, we found out that you had to go down an up a steep hill or long board walks, and the entrance to the building had only very steep, very awkward stairs which was not what we expected. Not very accommodating for people with mobility issues.
