Luxury 2 bedroom unit at the prestigious Aqualina Beach Club directly on Simpson Bay beach. Unit 101 is ideal for one or two couples that love outdoor living and easy access to the beach. The unit has a large wood terrace just below the terrace with private direct beach access. The interior of the unit is luxuriously appointed with everything one could imagine needing to enjoy their holiday. Both bedrooms feature Temperpedic mattresses & fine linens. The kitchen is a chef`s dream come true.

With over 1700 square feet of air conditioned space and 500 square feet of outdoor space, you will find this property to meet all your needs. The spacious master bedroom opens up to a large terrace with stunning views over the beach and out over the blue Caribbean Sea. Relax in your king size temperpedic bed with luxurious Hotel Collection 600 thread count linens and gaze out over the ocean to the Dutch island of Saba on the horizon. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the large beachside terrace where you will find chaise lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table for eight. The second bedroom has it`s own small terrace over looking the pool area. Here you will also find a Temperpedic King size bed. Both bedrooms have large wall mounted flat screen TV`s. The kitchen is a chef`s dream come true. All of the appliances are professional series Viking and Miele.

The Miele built in coffee system will make that perfect cappuccino with the press of a button once you find it possible to drag yourself out of your comfortable bed in the morning. The unit is fully air conditioned (central air conditioning) yet has fans throughout. Other amenities include in room hotel safe, gas Weber large series BBQ grill, powder room for guests, Morton Brown of London bath products, etc. Once you stay at Aqualina 101, you will find it hard to vacation elsewhere on the island.

We have a cleaner that comes Monday to Friday (except public holidays) to clean your space while you are on vacation.

We have two Kayak`s you can use if you sign the waiver in advance.

Two streets over from the main road with coffee shops and lots of restaurants, in our welcome booklet we have all the grocery stores you will need if you like to cook.

Day-to-day items like toilet paper, dish-washing liquid, soap, shampoo and conditioner and one load of laundry soap are provided for when you first arrive.

The TV service is through the internet and has an on demand TV shows and movies with TV channels so you can watch your favourite sports team.

We have two Kayak`s you can use for the week, if you sign the waivers. Let us know if you want these and we can get the paddles out.

Next door to the property a new building is starting construction, does not bother us and no noise noticed, but want people to be aware of it.

We kindly ask you that read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during you stay.

1. No parties or events allowed.
2. Please respect the neighbors and ensure noise levels are reasonable.
3. No smoking inside.
4. No pets.
5. Ensure there are no chairs or other items near the sliding doors before closing the shutters with the remote control as this will damage the shutters.
6. Please do not leave windows or doors open when running the central air conditioning system. This will cause condensation as well as continually work the compressor.
7. Please always turn off the AC unit when you leave the unit, or you are not inside.
8. Please take extra care of the keys and shutter remotes. Lost keys or remotes incur a replacement fee.
9. Please take care of the furnishings.
10. Please keep sand out of the pool, hot tub and off the walkways by washing down when entering from the beach.
