Beautiful day place right on the water. Even the views of the city are pretty- there’s literally no bad view! And you can walk down to the beach or food. It’s very convenient to everything. Walkable on the Dutch side. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bare bones hotel with a great view. Only one elevator working the whole week. Staff were generally apathetic about most things so it felt more like an apartment building with a bored doorman. Rooms cleaned once during our weeklong visit. Just glad to have left really.

Close to all amenities, on the beach, clean room. Older hotel, but clean. They need to work on the elevator issues, I’ve gone 2 years in a row and the elevator breakdowns are still an issue. Staff are courteous.

Clean and comfortable room. Very nice beach and Martin did a great job setting up umbrellas and chairs. We had an issue checking in in that they couldn’t find our reservation. Luckily I brought my receipt with us. We still waited about 30 minutes to check in. That was the only glitch. Overall a wonderful place for vacation.

Room was spotless …great cleaning staff! Martin, the security guard and beach helper was amazing and always attentive and willing to help when asked. I noticed he works from early morning to late at night to make our days safe and enjoyable. The desk manager was amazing with always answering all our questions as well as the ladies at the desk. Always a smile!!! Noticed

Rooms need to be updated; our icemaker didn’t work and was told we could go down 4 floors to basement to get ice..not! Our dirty rusty coffeemaker didn’t work til I insisted on new a new one right out of the box and our tv needed to be replaced..all upon an hour of our arrival. Not my fav resort.. Staff was good.

Exceptional place, beautiful polite pleasant staff, housekeeping was amazing and always would greet you with a smile on the hallway. very close to the airport and everything you would want to do and see on the Dutch side of this beautiful island. A lot of restaurants and bars to choose from. Will stay here again once we return to the island

Room was great along with soft bedding pillows. Our view blocked by palm trees. Building is older and worn. Pool was cold and small. Staff very nice and front desk. One negative was the hit or miss for Sun chairs on beach. One day we couldn’t find anyone to help us to chairs and I do think he saw us. We sat on our towels. But the next day we did get help from an older employee for chairs. All in all we would not stay here again.
