Been wanting to stay here for years and it didn’t disappoint. It’s my first 5 star hotel and I love the fact that it’s a relaxed place. The staff are beyond lovely and helped me with my heavy bags to my room. The room was so spacious, clean and the bathroom has a walk in shower. Toiletries included such as shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Hotel also has a beautiful large outdoor swimming pool to relax by! Just a few minutes walk to Orchard MRT station which is handy. There is also a small 7/11 store close by too.

Lovely apartment situated at the rear of the hotel, plenty of room and private. Cooking facilities were adequate we were able to sort our own breakfast. Hotel staff were very helpful, our apartment was cleaned every day. Good location, easy walk to transport links, both MRT and buses. Plenty of food choices close by and easily accessible. Orchard Rd with all its shops and facilities is so close by. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was exceptionally clean and specious. The decor was comfortable, modern and elegant. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a large well equipped room as the property is being renovated. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pools that were set in attractive gardens and were always quiet. Both pools were big enough for a decent swim. The location was excellent being close to the MRT and many cheap eateries. I can't comment on the breakfasts or bar and other restaurants as I went out all the time. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a lovely place to stay on our stop over. The room we had was a little dated but the hotel is undertaking renovations. It was super convenient to shopping and public transport and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Worn out hotel, I was upgraded to a Studio across the complex, had to pass their dirty laundry, smell chemicsls and cleaning machines standing around between pool (very nice) and my room. Room was a duplex, clean, mattress totally worn out, bed cover etc, smelly but clean. Breakfast boring and dark
