This hotel does not provide a shower room or discounts on late checking - i arrived about 2 am. Other hotels in SG have this option and i sent the message before arrival that i want to use that option. The staff first said they did not receive the message ( it was a reply to the message from the hotel) then said again that since the hotel did not reply i shouldn't expect that option to be available. Overall very unpleasant.

We were very happy with the Grand Park City Hall and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Singapore. The hotel is in a great location close to train link from the airport and very walkable to all the main attractions. We had the club lounge which was really great and the pool area also a welcome benefit from the hot humid days.

The hotel is close to City Hall station (very walkable). Appreciated the check in staff finding us a room early as we had experienced a gruelling flight from London. The room was spacious and user friendly but not a fan of roller blinds in shower cubicles as they went too far down and sat in the water retaining moisture. This probably added to the musty, mouldy smell that hit you as you entered the room. I’m sure this would be a problem for a lot of places considering the humidity and heat in Singapore. Breakfast was average. The layout is confusing and the options are basic but enough to get your day started. House keeping was very helpful and promptly provided extra tea etc when requested. Great location to base your stay.
