The staff were kind and helpful. Location is great. There is a food market across the street which was very convenient. The self service laundry was a little expensive but very convenient. The view from the rooftop pool is wonderful.

Ok so plain and simple. It's ok. You pay for what you get here but I'll go to straight to the point. It's located in an OK location from the attractions. (Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, F1 track) About 20 mins. The rooms are small. Stayed for 2 nights. Other thank that nothing crazy.

Breakfast was delicious with a mix of Asian and Western. Every day had something different. Room was clean and practical. Appreciated the coffee machine. Good old fashioned hospitality with snacks and supplies refreshed every day. Close to Public Transport. Only negative was cost to use laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

To start, check-in was very fast, within less than 1 minute. Staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay here again.

Location was good for Arab quarter, Little India, Bugis, Haji Lane and transport. Rooms badly in need of refurbishment. Carpet was disgusting with yucky stains every where. Couldn't walk on it without slippers. No luggage rack or soap for the shower. Rooms not completely soundproof as we heard quite a bit of banging at times.
