The hotel is spotless, and the staff works endlessly to answer any request. Front desk attendant, Phya, answered each question quickly. Later, she helped us find the way to some sites we heard about. Since we left the hotel, we have made one reservation in December, and we will set up one in January. (Seeing that I live in Florida, USA, I rely on local folks for ideas on places to stay.
