Check in was fine however it lacked customer service. No smile, not at all friendly! I did not like that at all. In addition the picture in the website showed a much bigger room. I was very surprised for its very small room space! You can’t even open up the luggage! I had to readjust the space just to open up the luggage! Please make it more North American room sizing! Totally fake image of the room space! Otherwise hotel was located in great spot - close to MRT, buses, and lots of food options close by! The breakfast buffet was fine but very small space for the amount of people it holds! Pool was fabulous and it was the perfect spot in the morning!

Service from front seat was poor … asked to have my room cleaned daily they just put the sheets over the bed and when I asked for ice I had to run down to the fourth floor to get it I was lost didn’t know where to get it … called back again went back down to find the ice machine poor customer service

Great location and bus access outside is a big plus! Rooms small but functional. Breakfast has plenty of choice but gets real busy at times But the pool and terrace on level 4 outside is very spacious and chilled!
