Very busy and people are awake all hours of the day so if you don’t mind the random yelling or shouting at 3am then you will be fine. Also waiting for a lift can be chaos with so many people coming at going. Very convenient for access to transport and lots of great food places near by.

Staff are not alert and not attentive.

There are more than 8 staffs standing at the counter.3 of them busy talking about some jokes and the rest at the counter was busy looking at their counter computer I guess without any guest waiting for check in.very bad service as I have to get attention from them to check in.

There is stinging foul smell in the washroom. I think there is either ventilation or septic sewage drainage issue. No toilet roll. Prefer to have toilet roll. Instead of tissue box for the washroom.

Close to the Sultan masjid which has lots of good food around. The hotel lobby is a little busy for me. The rooms are not very spacious. It’s a good place for a quick stay
