Room is clean and it's really really close to everything, 3 mins walk to Clarke Quay tourist spot, next to both mrt and bus stops, best for tourist who's only going to spend 2-3 days in SG :)

The staff was really nice. The location is perfect. You are right beside everything you need. You can walk everywhere as it’s such an easy city to maneuver in. We did get the base room which is very small and has no window. Be aware if that bothers you. For us it was perfect. And we spent our time at the pool upstairs anyways when relaxing.

Staff are very friendly, very helpful, very kind. A plus for having a small fridge, plenty of lights and outlets. Ive stayed there before, so i knew the room is tiny, no place for storage, its a wet bath and entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. Seems the bathroom is always clogged and you stand in 2 inches of water each time you shower. Room and bathroom very clean, clean sheets, extra pillows, great towels, big screen tv and coffee machine all a plus. Unfortunately, bed is super uncomfortable. A/c seems to turn off or adjust the temperature in middle of the nite. Always gets hot during the evening. Breakfast thats included is just bad. No juice, only flavored water or "orange powedered drink, all the pastries, croissants are always stale, very little variety and eggs predone and only sunny side up or omelet, depending on the day. Hiwever, the breakfast staff could not be any nicer and trying to accommodate. Super super nice and try so hard to.please. unfortunately it doesnt help the bad breakfast. Apparently they do coffee to orefer i thonk, but was never made aware, i just saw a cappuccino served once. Staff great! Breakfast not so great.

Room is good enough for solo traveller. Plus points: Good location-5min walk from Clarke Quay MRT Station. Room aircon is strong and you can adjust it too. Hotel and restaurant staff are nice and courteous. Tea and coffee in the room (but no mineral water bottle). Toothbrush provided, shampoo and body wash via dispenser. There's a safe and luggage rack too. Cons: En-suite bathroom is small. Ok for me but some may not like it as there is no separate partition for bathing, i.e. the whole floor and toilet bowl will be wet. No room slippers. No face towel, no hand soap, no hair conditioner. Overall, still a good place to stay if you are not fussy, prefer a central location and spend little time in the room.

Clarke Quay is amazing place - full of bars and restaurants and the hotel is ideally situated less than a 5 minute walk from the MRT. Once you get over how small the room is, you work round it as we did for 6 nights. All the staff were lovely - very accommodating, especially when we asked for extra tea bags when wandering in at 1am! Our room was on the 6th floor, right next to the pool - which was great in itself but maybe could do with some privacy film on the room windows as we were unable to open the curtains for some natural daylight! Location - perfect Staff - brilliant Room size - small! Overall - great value for money especially as it was Grand Prix weekend - which was also brilliant! As long as you take it for what it is, then it’s absolutely superb!

Stayed here for Singapore F1 2025. Location is convenient - just 10-12 minute walk to the race entrance, 4 minute walk to Clark Quay nightlife area, and 8 minute walk to MRT station in Chinatown. Room rate was on the high side because of race weekend but so were all the other hotels that were a reasonable distance to the race. Rooms were basic accomodations but that's all we wanted/needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in the future!

Noisey. Could hear the doors banging throughout the hallway and the noisy roads constantly. Suggest better noise reduction within the rooms and a soft door shutter. Location-wise, it's great.
