It's a nice property in general but have a few issues. Food is below average. Room view may not be what they marketed. Glass window is dirty. No taxi and you have to pay a surcharge. The kids club and service are the bright spots. Might skip this if the price is the same as those 5 stars hotels in the city area.

Brand new hotel with Eco concept but the indications within hotel are not clear. Room is cozy but the sound proof was poor, can hear someone walk by your door . Breakfast not as expected , not many variety even the sausage tastes starchy. (Banyan Tree should be able to provide better sausage), free flow wine is a plus in breakfast time . Staffs are all friendly but need to improve the knowledge of hotel environment , they gave me wrong directions 3 times from different people during my stay. Overall experience was ok, not met the standard of Banyan Tree.

The services of the staff are exceptional, however, there are areas of disappointments such as the poor sound proofing doors (we could hear the hitting of far construction, people talking along corridor and dragging of luggages...) The so-tech appeared touch screen in room control panel hangs easily (seems like a design issue or lack of rams?) The night light (blue) of the switch is very bright and maybe there us option to off that too but i m not aware. Given this resort is rather new, it just feel insufficient thoughts were put in to create customer experience particularly this carries a banyan tree brand.

For a 1st time visit to Singapore, this was THE resort to stay in. It is away from the downtown area, which is a little of a pain if you want walkable to the main attractions, but the serene landscape and the frogs at night make for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the birds chirping was amazing. Our stay included breakfast which was amazing. Not only a wide variety of foods, but a fresh juice bar, juicer to make your own juice and a champagne bar for you to make your own mimosas. Rooms were spacious amd cleaning people were very good at turn down service and replenising/cleaning each day. There were a few issues during our stay but everything was handled in a professional manner. We had to wait to check in to our room, they brought us to the dining area to have tea while we waited. Window shade was stuck so was unable to close during our 1st night, they fixed the following day while we were at breakfast. Another thing to note is that the resort had reusable water bottles in the room to use, along with a water filling station in the room, as well as every floor. Only negative is that because the resort is so new, taxi have no idea where to go or how to get here. Overall will definitely recommend to everyone and stay again.

Breakfast normal, some dishes such as Porridge is not Hot at all, bacon, ham and sunshine egg is Cold. Quite disappointed. Overall present stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We are very enjoy the freshest and peaceful environment.

Enjoy my stay here in the nature, and it is easy access to the attractions like zoo, bird park, etc. But the negative part of it: heard from the staff that this hotel was officially launched in April 2925, but I already started to see wear and tear everywhere. Light bulb on top of the basin in my room was out and was not replaced which I consider this as a neglect that should be noticed before the guest pointed it out.
