MRT is below the hotel so access to all Singapore is easy. Food court and shops within the complex as well. Room cleaned daily to a good standard. Have stayed here 3 times and enjoyed however the rooms could do with being freshened up

Housekeeping staff is good. We stayed at the Club Room. The club service at Level 22 is a disappointment. Good hospitality is very lacking at the club level. Food provision is petty and stingy at the level 22 club lounge. It claimed to be exclusive but not inclusive. If budget permits, I would recommend Pan Pacific Marina Square Club Rooms. Price tag is high but you get great service over there. At least one will not feel a sense of guilt (as if stealing) eating the food at the club lounge. This is our third time staying at the Oasia hotel over the past nine years. We had fond memories of the hotel from our first two stays. This time round, things have changed. This should probably be our last time staying at this hotel.

Good locations. Top marks for connectivity to the MRT. Wide variety of foods in vicinity and MRT connects you to more places for shopping and attractions. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Only down point is the hotel is a bit old but it is well kept and very clean. Will stay again.

Asked for an option to check-in, the man at the reception desk (name starting with letter F) quoted me ridiculous cost - as much as the nightly rate I booked and could even indicate when I will be able to check in. I found the whole interaction impersonal and robotic. During my stay, I found that the iron in the room was not working. Called Housekeeping three times to have it replaced, but no one picked up the phone. The the hallway smelt damp and the carpeting was stained and worn out. The room was spartan but clean. Plenty of shopping nearby and easy access public transportation. It is situated near prominent hospitals, making it a convenient location if one is visiting medical reasons. Overall, mediocre hotel. Not going to stay here again.
