The staff the the Pan Pacific were all very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in one of the Pacific Club rooms on the 33rd floor, which provided some great views of the city and was very comfortable. Upon my arrival there was a nice welcome message on the screen in my room as well as a complimentary gift. Overall I was very happy with my stay here, and would gladly recommend this hotel and would book here again.
