We’ve stayed at Park Avenue Changi previously during business trips and will be return customers. Next to Expo, one stop from the airport by train, makes it super convenient for overnight stops. The 1-bedroom suite (graciously given an upgrade) has every amenity for a longer stay: kitchenette, laundry, living space separate from bedroom, small dining/work table. Pool area is comfortable. Breakfast is available on-site. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store are a short walk away. We had no issue getting a Grab taxi to the Orchard area, but the train ride back was even shorter. This hotel offers sleek, modern convenience!

The hotel was conveniently located near shops and eateries. It was also only 10 minutes from the Changi International Airport, a short taxi ride, and a 2-minute walk to the subway station to downtown Singapore. The property needs an upgrade, as the lobby area looked old, dark, and dingy. The room was ok, but the shower/bathtub was awful and very difficult to get in and out of.

A greedy manager who is a businessman to the bone

I have stayed at over 300 world-class hotels over the past 20 years, and I wish this hotel, which only cares about profits under the pretext of internal regulations, would disappear. I will never stay here again. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
