Great 5 star hotel

The service was outstanding especially Hailey at check-in. Breakfest was assume with more than enough options. The location was great on Orchard rd plenty of shopping and dining. Close to two MRTs. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would stay again when we return

Club rooms on the 4th floor. Try to avoid.

Stayed as"VIP" guest at the club rooms of the hotel. The club rooms are located on the 11th floor and (so I have found) on the 4th floor. If one considers a club room DO NOT take a room on the 4th floor. Very inconvenient, overlooking a (not particularly clean) tin roof. Front desk made an effort to move me to the 11th floor, but no rooms were available, except on the last day of the trip, which wasn't relevant anymore. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

I don’t think the cleanliness compares to many of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. A lot of surface level cleaning. That being said, the food was really nice & the staff are great. Aesthetically pleasing general areas & close to lot of shopping options.

Perfect location

Pullman is an excellent choice. Fantastic location. Nice team members. Rooms are good sized and the cafe/restaurant on the 4th floor is mellow and relaxing. I have stayed at the Pullman many times and will be back again.

I am a habitue of Accor hotels, always imagined that Pullman was a reference of design and more than everything clean. Foe the first time I faced smelly room and bed giving off bad smell, only could sleep after cover my nose with a shirt full of one of my perfumes. Terrible for a Pullman hotel….
