Bad Experience Stay

The room condition was not good. The doors wood of the room and bathroom were damaged. The door of the wardrobe was also damaged and almost fell and hit onto me. The sound proof of the room was horrible and I could hear people talking clearly.

Could not ask for more

We arrived at 1 am but no problem checking in. Very comfortable. Very helpful the next afternoon when we had to leave our luggage there. Very close to a large market, we ate with the locals.

OK Superior room but not very ZEN quiet.

Superior room (according to Singapore standards that is) is an OK basic, clean old-style hotel room - not the worst, not the best for that price around town. The main issue for us on a stopover is that it was quite noisy in the corridors - slamming doors and groups of people having fun (mostly a young local crowd across from us). The hotel provides very late entertainment (it was a weekend) which in itself could not be heard on 6th floor - so this may suit some and not others.

The worst experience we ever got

The worst experience ever. Actually its not the Zen rooms that i am dissapointed about, its Quality Hotel Marlow the actual Hotel thats provide really bad service. The room i stayed in is so noisy, my kids woke up everytime someone above, below or next to our rooms start to turn on their shower. its so loud and so noisy, not good for travelling with young kids. And during my 7 nights stay, there were a group of school children in our floors running around until midnight, almost every night. i had to call the manager but it looks like they cannot do anything about it. They are also understaffed, it takes a long time for the service to come to our rooms. Even when we checked in, our luggage are taken by the ladies that checked us in. There were nobody else at the hotel at that time. No wonder they are very unfriendly to the guests because they are over worked. Basically, this is the last time for us to stay in this Hotel. The worst Hotel we ever stayed in Singapore. Location is the only thing that is convinient because its close to the hospital around it.

worst hotel ever

we arrived late and the room was terrible.there were vert mush mold all over the ceiling, cant be good for the health. the room was very dirty! the carpet was full of stains, the toilet had dried urine on it, there were alots of black hairs in the bed. there were dirt all over, doors, walls etc. never been to anithing this discuting.. have terrible photos

都心に近い

古い感じで写真とは全く違う。お部屋の掃除がされてなく、排水溝がつまりバスタブの水が止まらなくてバスルーム、トイレが水浸しに。。ですがコンビニが近くにありタクシーにのるとcityには近い。ルームサービスのご飯は美味しい。
