Me and my family recently stayed at this high-priced hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a front desk staff member who seemed more interested in making snide comments about the rate we paid than providing hospitality. Her rude demeanor was off-putting, and when we requested an extra blanket, it was never delivered, leaving us feeling ignored. The noise levels in the hotel were unacceptable. The walls felt thin, allowing every sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway to permeate our space, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. Additionally, the room's climate control was problematic. It was cooled down to an uncomfortable 56 degrees, which was excessive given the mild weather outside. With no heating option available, the room was uncomfortably cold throughout the night. Furthermore, the hotel itself appears to be aging and in need of maintenance. The overall ambiance felt dated, which detracted from the luxury experience we anticipated. In summary, my stay was disappointing due to the combination of poor service, uncomfortable room conditions, and the hotel’s overall state. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Payed for ocean view - had to lean over the balcony to see. The shower had 4 different types of caulking , the room was extremely dated, carpet smelled-this place looks like it was built in the 50’s and hasn’t renovated, they need to gut this place and start over

We loved having a one bedroom suite with an ample small kitchen so we could have breakfast and snacks. Beach was gorgeous and we rented a cabana at a very reasonable rate. Staff was very helpful and there were many options for social gatherings. Pool was beautiful and had a bar serving drinks, food and music. Also walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend this resort. We will be sure to stay here again.

Everything was great. Fixed TV problem right away. Apparently a software update knocked some out. Loved it and on our list for a longer visit. Bummer that you have to pay a LOT for a reserved chair otherwise you had to go down to the low rent district. Restaurant was super accommodating for food sensitivities. Amazing kitchen staff. Servers were a little slow when restaurant was slow but Johnny on the spot when busy. Music entertainment was so much better than expected.
