It was nice. The remodel that has been done is great. Kitchen and bath still need some work but, hot water and shower were awesome. Neighborhood was nice and easy to get to. Check in and out were easy and communication excellent.

Renovations Should Continue
This apartment is conveniently located - close to Sanford Medical Center, the Veterans Hospital, and the colleges. It has a college kids' vibe with renovations completed in the bedrooms and begun elsewhere but old and run-down in the kitchen, bath, and living room. The beds were comfortable and all appliances seemed to work. There's a huge tv in the living room that we watched often.
