Awesome customer service. Very responsive and helpful with guests' needs and questions. Modern updated rooms with usb charging, good size mini-fridge, and microwave. Comfy beds with firm mattresses. I'm 6 ft tall and shower easily accommodates tall people! Rooms and common areas are ALWAYS clean and spotless. Half-block from interstate exit so very easy to find. And welcoming of dogs! No complaints whatsoever.

Economical hotel

Economical hotel located near shopping in the SF area. Convenient restaurants near by. Confusing interchange at 41st and I-29 make traffic in the area difficult.

I would not recommend this hotel. I gave it 2 stars because the bed was okay and there was hot water. The light didn’t work in the entry, the outlet near sink quit working, the room smelled horrible and it wasn’t clean.
