Reasonable price, pool area was good for kids. Room had multiple paint patchwork done, including area above the fire sprinkler. Bathroom door was chipping at the bottom. Room seemed clean, but not spotless. Overall decent for the price!

I didn't give five stars because it didn't seem like an inviting hotel. I was very surprised that there was no complimentary coffee. I was told to make instant in my room or pay $4.00 for a vending machine Starbucks. I like Starbucks and if I want Starbucks I will go to Starbucks. Very disappointing. I won't be booking at this location again.

The arcade was out of order, my suit didnt have a tv in the bedroom 135, i was told continental breakfast and there is not, my safe wouldnt open and i had to have maintenance come to my room the whole time he complained about the safes and stayed we dont even need them, he clearly seen i have children and a firearm so the safe is a must

Air condition in room didn’t work, sheets on beds were dirty. The hotel is very dated and the tv was small so the family couldn’t enjoy together. The toilet ran nonstop. The pool was nice and big and the kids loved it.

This was an amazing experience! Highly recommend and will be coming back. Great interaction with the staff. The pool was fun. Hot tub hot. Clean rooms and public areas. Kids loved the waterpark!

I had a bad experience in the casino. When I tried to cash out my ticket, the restaurant that manages the casino was closed, or so the sign said. So I figured I’d just cash in the ticket the next day. When I went to cash in the ticket, the restaurant manager advised that they couldn’t cash the ticket because it was only good for a day. When the sign said they were closed, but the manager insisted they were open at the time of when I tried to cash in my ticket. All in all I didn’t get to cash in the 130$ ticket. I hope that sort of bs doesn’t happen to anyone else. The restaurant manager also got a bit snarky with me also over the ticket. Not good for business.
