The home was cozy and clean and very spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was a huge plus after attending a festive and late night family wedding and reception. The host was very easy to communicate with. Clear instructions. We will stay here again.

Matt and Rachael were the best host. Our family was in town for a funeral and had reserved a different property when we’re were told two hours before check in that they would have move to a different property. The property was not a place for 3 small children and did not have hot water or clean bedding. We reached out to Matt and he agreed to allow us on less than 24 hour notice and with a very early check in (so we could be ready for the funeral on time) to stay at their property. Their home is perfect for large groups and very well stocked. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on future trips to Sioux Falls.

Fantastic for family gathering

Loved the property! So roomy and comfy comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to gather but plenty of room for privacy. I couldn’t have asked for better communication from booking to check-out! I highly recommend!!

Great host and great home

The host was very accommodating and very easy to work with. He responded within minutes to any communication. He was very nice when my husband forgot a couple of interns at the property and arranged to get them back to us. I would recommend staying at this location in the future. I have two sons and they loved playing with the foosball table, mini golf set and the arcade game. Great spacious home and great central location for our family to stay in!!!

Home away from home

We had a great stay in Sioux Falls! The place was very clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to everything in town. Our group of 10 all had plenty of space and felt right at home. The host communicated clearly and promptly, making the whole experience smooth. We would definitely come back again!

Nice House - But Not Consistent With Description and Pics

We had a good stay and house was ok...Where it fell short:Needs a interior paint job. Most of furniture was old/run down. Grill outside was unusable. 1 shower didn't work. Dishwasher didn't work. Kitchen not well stocked (e.g. plates etc.). Floors were a uneven/soft in places. No screens on windows.When I complained about the shower and dishwasher... host reluctantly gave us a 50 refund.
