• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• Hot water is available for shower use exclusively
• Housekeeping services are offered at a rate of 300 pesos
• Notice to the Public on Environmental User Fee: Please be advised that we will be collecting the Environmental User Fee at the front desk in accordance with City Ordinance 2022-007.

• NO SMOKING. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Pets are not allowed
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm - 8 am
• Loud parties are not allowed
