Bright apartment with sea views , located on the beachfront and with capacity for 6 people. It is located in a residential complex with a communal pool and tennis courts.

The apartment has a living-dining room with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is open-plan with a breakfast bar with two stools for guests. It is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker...)

From the living room you can access the terrace from where you can see the sea and the Marina beach, a very family-friendly and quiet area to relax. Nearby is the port of Aiguadolç where you can find bars and restaurants of all kinds. There is also a supermarket just a few minutes away.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a double bed and the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. It also has another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the guests.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom. It has high-speed WiFi connection. The apartment can be accessed by stairs or elevator. It is located on the first floor.

There is a free parking area with exclusive access for residents that guests can use.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)

- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
