In addition, a few minutes walk away, you will also find the train station allowing access to the capital Barcelona with great ease!

This comfortable and modern apartment offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodates up to 6 people with the possibility of 2 more people on the sofa bed. It is located in a building with only 4 neighbors and with an elevator on a quiet street. The living room / dining room / kitchen has an 'open' distribution optimizing space and without the interruption of corridors occupying unnecessary space. The living room also has access to a nice balcony overlooking San Sebastián street.

The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with bathtub/shower) provides a double bed and also a small balcony that overlooks a quiet and bright area at the rear of the building. The second bedroom has two single beds and also has access to the balcony. The third room facing the street offers a trundle bed that can be used as a single or double room according to the client's needs. There is a second bathroom also with a shower.

The house is fully air conditioned with air conditioning and heating allowing a comfortable rest at any time of the year! To enjoy the beach and the town center, Sitges Spaces Deluxe Beach Apartment is an ideal option!For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
