Villa Sitges Palm Garden is a wonderful Villa with a wonderful garden and pool, cared for in detail by its owner

South facing, sunny all day.

You can walk to the beach of Sitges in 5 minutes walk, to the port of Sitges (Bars and Restaurants) in 8 minutes and to the center of Sitges in 15 minutes walk. Supermarket 4 minutes walk.

Very quiet area for a desired rest or to cheer up at any time of the day: A small swim on the Balmins beach with its crystal clear and calm waters before a good breakfast on the terrace of Villa Palm Garden...

A good swim in the 10*5 meter pool!

Barbecue of vegetables, meat, fish, seafood in the indoor or outdoor dining area, at noon there is always a small refreshing breeze.

Time to sunbathe on the 14 comfortable loungers, or a siesta in the shade of these magnificent palm trees, It is a comfortable villa for large groups.

At sunset you can have a walk along the magnificent "Paseo de Sitges" a 15-minute walk away, have drinks in the magnificent Chill-out Vivero that overlooks the sea, with an unbeatable view of the Sitges church, San Sebastian Beach, Old town of Sitges 15 minutes walk from the villa.

Everything is at your disposal, without cars, without traffic controls, etc.

Villa Sitges

La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs professionnelle et trĂšs disponible en cas de besoin. L’atout fort de cette villa est l’extĂ©rieur jardin et piscine. La maison comporte de grands espaces mais nĂ©cessiterait un gros rafraichissement car elle est vieillissante avec de nombreuses choses dĂ©faillantes : ventilateurs de plafond parfois poussifs, volets roulants, 2 douches sur 4 en Ă©tat, baignoire non opĂ©rationnelle , gaziniere avec 3 feux sur 5 en Ă©tat de marche, ustensiles de cuisine usĂ©s et poisseux. Bref la maison demanderait Ă  ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e. La plage est Ă  10 Ă  15 mn de marche. Nous avons nĂ©anmoins passĂ© un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able.

So disappointing!

This is far far the most disappointing house we ever rented. I’m actually horrified to have paid so much money for this house. If you want a party house with 14 friends this might be for you but be aware that: # the first thing we did was to buy cleaning products as the kitchen was so dirty so we barely cooked there and tried not to touch anything in this kitchen # the house is in a residential area so it’s quite noisy around with houses all around with their neighbour’s dog barking frequently or their next door moving leaves with noisy blower etc... # you can walk to the very nice port area as it’s only 600m away but forget it to walk to the centre of Sitges that is about 1.5km away with this heat, so you really need a car # the nice long chairs on the side of the house that are shown on some pics are not there # the pool table was not in working order # the house inside needs a lot of maintenance, everything looks dated, the shower in the main bedroom upstairs is about to fall apart, the other shower upstairs is broken... Apart from that the swimming pool was very nice and help us not to leave on the first day. The owner very kindly offered us a voucher for the 3 nights we did not stay.

De maniĂšre gĂ©nĂ©rale, la propriĂ©tĂ© est PARFAITE pour un enterrement de vie de garçon ou autre voyage entre ami(e)s. De notre cĂŽtĂ©, nous avons passĂ© de super vacances :-) La villa est hyper bien situĂ©e, Ă  10 min. Ă  pied Ă  peine de la marina (oĂč nous avons louĂ© un bateau), du centre ville, de la plage ou encore du Carrefour Market... Bref, mĂȘme pas besoin de voiture pour un court sĂ©jour :-) Encore merci Marian de nous avoir permi de passer un sĂ©jour inoubliable!!!

Great property for 7 adults

We were a group of 7 adults (1 couple, 5 singles), and this 6-bedroom property worked out perfectly for us. It is a large house with plenty of space, so we never felt crowded. The backyard area is beautiful and also feels quite private. The beds are very comfortable. From the location of the house, it is a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Sitges. While close to the Sitges city center, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Marian (the owner) helped us arrange a paella night on the patio with a 3-course menu provided by local chefs. The chefs arrived at the house 2 hours before we wanted to eat. They brought all the ingredients, cooked, served the meal to us, and cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend setting this up for your group if you have a free evening.

Superb! Great pool and massive villa in a great location

We had 13 people stay here, with ages from 10 to teens, to adults and the "olds". The villa was very large so plenty of space to fit everyone and still space of get some peace. No sofa beds, or people sleeping in living spaces required which was fantastic. The pool was amazing, and had a lot of use - pretty much from the moment people woke to before bed, someone was in there - or being shot with a water cannon! It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and marina with some restaurants, and a 25 - 30 minute walk into Sitges itself for some shops and more food choices. A small Carrefour is 15 mins away and a bakery just at the bottom of the road - all in all, very close to anywhere you'd need. I'd highly recommend this villa, great location and great accommodation.

A great family location.

Palm Garden villa was an ideal place to stay for a large family group. The house was spacious, comfortable and provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Lots of seating and dining areas inside/outside and a lovely garden with a pool. Several nice beaches were within easy walking distance and Sitges provided a wide choice of restaurants and good shops, making it unnecessary to hire a car. Marian was an exceptional host making us most welcome and always ready to help out with any request. The chefs she organised who cooked a sea food paella was excellent. We thoroughly recommend this villa for a family holiday.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Sitges

We just had an amazing weekend at Marian’s beautiful villa. There was 15 of us and it’s the perfect place for a big group. Loads of space everywhere, lots of different seating areas - never felt like we were on top of eachother. The pool area is the selling point for this place it’s beautiful. And very private. We spent our days by the pool and evenings out in Sitges which is only a 30 minute walk or a very quick taxi ride away. Marian is absolutely lovely and the perfect host. She communicated with us throughout the whole process helping us with any question we had. She also arranged a chef to come in and cook us paella which we would highly recommend. The villa was very clean and tidy and felt like a home away from home. And it’s very well catered for large groups with 4 bathrooms, big outdoor fridge and large seating areas meaning we could all dine together around one table. The listing is a little unclear with the bedroom breakdowns so be careful if you plan the room shares before you go. As we did this then arrived and the bedroom layouts are different ie there’s one room that sleeps 5 - and includes bunk beds. But still we worked that out and had the most amazing stay. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious oasis in quaint LGBTQ+-friendly European town

Lots of space for large groups looking to enjoy a bustling town with charming scenery and great beaches. Fantastic back pool and lush garden area filled with flowers. Our friends loved this space as a place to relax during the day and as a launching pad for evening parties in old town. It's an easy 25-minute walk to the old town party area, or a quick ~10€ cab ride if you call the cab hotline (+34 938 94 13 29). Note: Uber doesn't seem to serve Sitges, and we seemed to have problems with Free Now & Cabify. The private chef was a fantastic finishing touch.

A bright and welcoming villa

The villa is a bright and welcoming space with many balconies & patios, as well as the garden, so guests can choose to be in sun or shade. 9 of us stayed for 2 nights for a family party & really enjoyed our time at the house & in the pool. The location is an easy walk to the port & beaches. The kitchen & outdoor spaces are well equipped. Being the last guests of this season there were a few items that were worn and needed repair or replacement but nothing thar spoiled our enjoyment of the weekend (a coffee maker, the barbeque, some missing bulbs & worn bed linens & pillows), though I am sure the items will be refreshed for next season. Marilyn was an excellent host, and helped in any way she could even before our arrival. Communication was very easy at all times. Thank you for your hospitality, Marilyn.

Family holiday to Sitges

Just returned from lovely family holiday in Marian's villa. Villa was as described and the pool area and gardens were beautiful. Weather was amazing and Marian was on hand at all times to answer any queries. Would have loved to explore Sitges more but we couldn't pull the kids away from the fab poolđŸ˜…đŸŠâ€â™‚ïžđŸŠ

Beautiful villa with a fabulous garden.

We had a wonderful 10 days, the pool and garden are amazing, the villa feels like a home. Wi-Fi worked well, large outside table for everyone to sit round, the villa itself has lots of space. We didn’t hire a car, Sitges, beach, restaurants and a large supermarket are all within walking distance. We went to Barcelona on the train. Marian our host was also available to communicate with whenever we needed to, she kindly checked us in and out and arranged a lovely meal for us at the property.

Spectacular gardens and pool in beautiful Sitges

We have travelled to Sitges many times but we decided to book a Villa for the first time. Villa Palm Garden is walking distance to Port de Sitges – Aiguadolç and lived up to expectations. Our host Marian was excellent, keeping in very close contact with us from the time of booking all through to the time we left. Nothing was a problem and she was always there to answer a question or help rectify any issue. We had a party of eight people and the Villa is easily large enough to accommodate even more. We loved the garden and pool and as an added nice touch, Marian arranged for a chef to come and cook a BBQ for us for a very reasonable price. All in all, a very memorable stay.

Amazing Pool and Great Location

Marian was super helpful and accommodating host. The outside space and pool area were wonderful to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Garden beautifully maintained. Villa has lots of space and only 10 mins walk from town and close to beaches & supermarkets.

Perfect place for my 40th celebration holiday!

Firstly, Marian was a SENSATIONAL host. She was so helpful in helping research things to do, making recommendations and being flexible around our tricky check-in and check-out times. She even organised for an absolutely delicious home-cooked paella night at the villa, a great way to get the whole party together. The villa is MASSIVE with more than ample space for our party of ten, multiple living areas and an amazing amount of storage. However, the definite star of the villa is, without a doubt, the garden! Marian has clearly put so much love and thought into the garden and we spent at least a couple of hours every day just enjoying being able to relax in the beautiful setting. My friends and I created some beautiful memories at the Villa Palm Garden and couldn't recommend it more highly. Thank you so much Marian, for opening your amazing home to us!

Si quieres disfrutar de un buen alojamiento en Sitges con amigos este es tu sitio sin ninguna duda. En primer lugar, la propietaria estuvo atenta a todo lo que necesitĂĄramos en cualquier momento, lo cual nos dio mucha garantĂ­a y confianza. Cuando llegamos a la vivienda, nos quedamos asombrados del amplio jardĂ­n que tiene y de las mĂșltiples habitaciones y salas de estar que hay por toda la casa. AdemĂĄs, esta perfectamente ubicada, en el centro de Sitges donde tienes todo a tan sĂłlo 15 minutos andando (la playa, los pubs, los restaurantes...) Nosotros fuimos con motivo de celebraciĂłn de despedida de soltero, y dimos en el clavo... Sitges es el sitio idĂłneo para celebrar este tipo de eventos, y si encima alquilas esta vivienda, harĂĄ que tu experiencia en Sitges sea INOLVIDABLE. ConclusiĂłn, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Amazing villa for groups of friends

A fantastic villa, built for fun and larger groups of friends. Various well-considered seating areas that are perfect for chilling and dining in (including outdoor speakers and large TVs with Netflix). The kitchen is well equipped and there's an outdoor BBQ which makes cooking for lots of people very easy. The pool area is the highlight of the villa with charming decor, proper loungers and a very comfortable double hammock. Very friendly and reasonable landlady who was both accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Great location just a ten minute or so walk to the beach or supermarket. Hoping to return!

Multi- generation family holiday

The villa was perfect for a family of 15 - from 8 yrs old to 80 yrs old. Lots of space and plenty of seating, utensils and cooking equipment. The pool and garden are lovely. Some of the villa could do with a bit of maintenance but we understand that back to back bookings don't always make this possible during the season. Miriam was a fantastic host and couldn't have been more helpful.

The perfect pad for a special occasion.

Myself and 15 of my friends recently stayed in Marian's beautiful home to celebrate my friends hen party and we had a perfect weekend! The property, and the garden pool area was just as we had seen in the pictures. And, wow the garden was the absolute highlight of the weekend! The house itself is spacious with 7 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms (I lost count) with a fully equipped kitchen. We even booked a catering service via Marian's son in law who cooked us all a delicious paella lunch that we enjoyed on the terrace after a day of relaxing by the pool! All for a very reasonable price. Thank you Marian for a wonderful experience. We would be thrilled to stay at your place again!.

Best villa we've ever stayed in!

We were a group of 16 on a hen do and everyone agreed the villa absolutely made our weekend. The garden and pool area is exactly what you see in the photos, it really is a beautiful hideaway. The villa is large and can accommodate a large group, it has a large kitchen, bbq, pool table, several lounge areas and plenty of space if you want time out. The beach and supermarket are 10-15 mins walk away. We spent an evening at Queenz which we would highly recommend for a night out. Taxi into the old town was around €12 for 6 seater. Marian was very helpful from start to finish. We loved the villa so much we hope to return next year. Don't hesitate booking...it's perfect!

Stunning Villa in great Location

We were a group of 17 who stayed at the villa for 3 days in September. The Villa was massive and there was ample space for 17 adults. Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained but the main appeal of this villa is the stunning terrace, garden and pool area outside! Marian couldn’t have been more helpful and was always on hand to assist where needed. She arranged a catered BBQ at a very reasonable price for all of us on one evening and the food was superb. All in all for a large group or family, you cannot go wrong with this Villa. Thankyou Marian.

Wonderful backyard and pool!

Marian is a classy lady with a classy home. We enjoyed our stay immensely and it’s the only place I would go back a second or third time. Sitges is the quintessential small town with cobblestone streets where they take siesta and you can find unique handmade jewelry or designers at their own shops ... the beach at Sitges was great ( I recommend the one at the port) and the food was amazing no matter where we went ... we walked everywhere ... market is close..beach is also less than 10 min walk .... the train to Barcelona is 10-15 min walk but takes about 1.5 hours by the time you walk and take metro to train to any sight seeing attractions but it was good exercise... the house has 7 bedrooms sleeps 16 comfortably but no air conditioning but I was pretty comfortable ... ( she had fans downstairs) we went July which was hot but there was a worldwide heatwave when we went (take dresses and silk or linen clothes no jeans depending on when you go and we went to the city quite a bit but when you are sick of the crowds and hugging your purse in las ramblas ... it’s nice to go back to Sitges and do laps in the pool!! She was a lovely hostess and available and responded immediately if anything came up. We had a wonderful time with our family.

Lovely holiday with the family

We rented this lovely house with a fantastic outdoor enviroment for a week. We were 15 people ant there was plenty of room to eat outside and relax in the lounge furniture. Some of the days we went to the beach which took about 10-15 minutes to walk other days we were left at the Villa and enjoyed the beautiful garden and the clean cooling pool. One night we had MarianÂŽs help to ordere a cook who came and made paella. They set the table and served 3 course menu and also took care of all the washing up. It was a great evening with delicious food! We love the Sitges town and can highly recommend the Villa for you next vacation.

Amazing amazing amazing!!!

Wow, what can I say about this place. We came for my hen do and could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. The gardens and pool are amazing and we literally did not want to leave the villa! There is everything you could possibly want in the villa and the marina is walking distance away with lots of restaurants. I was blown away by this place and just wished we did not have to leave. Marian was always on hand if we needed anything too. FANTASTIC. I had the best hen do ever!!!
