This hotel was such a lucky find! Myself and my fiancee had a very peaceful stay here. Super clean and friendly (we think family?) who own it. Any local we mentioned where we were staying to, knew it and were impressed we were staying there so it must have a good rep! Great for transport, both bus and water taxi. Car taxi only a tenner from skiathos town if you miss the last bus back. Easy walk down to achladies beach (has no issues finding sunbeds, only €15 for 2 all day), three restaurants/bars to eat and drink at and the water is beautiful! We recommend taking snorkels as there were lots of fish! Overall, an amazing hotel and location!

Property was spotless, AC functioning 100% - 2 mn walk to beach, restaurant, bus stop and supermarket, staff very nice Bathroom was very small, hard to shower. Bus taking you to town was always super packed, sometimes had to wait for the next bus

Excellent value for price. The property is very well kept and clean. Very friendly service and location is convenient. For what you pay it is great. Shower is a bit tight but most are in Greece anyways compared to NA.

I've been coming to Skiathos for many years and this is exactly the type of accommodation I enjoy. Easy, simple, clean, polite/helpful staff and just 3-5 minute walk from the beach (with easy access to the water taxi into town). It's quiet but if you wanted a bar or tv for sports there are two locations less than 2 minutes away. I would also say the room was bigger than most standard studio rooms in Skiathos. For reference, I'm 29 and stayed here with my partner in September and have been to the island for 25 years. I would absolutely stay here again!

The room had plenty of space, we also liked the pool very much. Nearby there are two supermarkets, the beach and some restaurants. Highly recommended.
