The holiday home "Nina-Myrtia" is a traditional and at the same time elegant house, which combines local architecture with modern comforts.
The refined and simple decoration is based on earth tones, with touches inspired by the enchanting nature and the marine element, creating an environment full of love and respect to the unique island of Skopelos!
The house is a single space,which is a special characteristic of the traditional homes of our island!

This beautiful countryside house sleeps from 2 to 4 people.
It has the ground floor,the 1st floor,a fully equiped barbeque and a specious exterior area!
On each floor there is a bedroom,a sitting room,a balcony,airconditioning,smart TVs,hairdryers and Wi-Fi connection in and out of the house.

Entering the main door, on the right side,there is a living room with the first bedroom,while on the left side there is a kitchen, the dining room and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary electrical devices, as well as a washing machine.
The wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the house.
A Bedroom,a private living room, a traditional loft, a bathroom, a balcony and a veranda compose a unique space.
The veranda offers a view of incomparable beauty in the deep blue Aegean waters of Panormos, with enchanting sunsets painting the horizon as the sun sinks in the endless blue!
Stone terraces, Barbeque area, dining rooms, lounges and outdoor shower create an environment of relaxation and carefree, which offers unique experiences!
The Barbeque area is fully equipped with an electric oven, electric hob and all the necessary cooking utensils for the preparation of your meals!

The holiday home "Nina-Myrtia" is just 10 minutes far away from the beach of Panormos and about 12 kilometers from the port of Skopelos!
The transportation to the house is done with a vehicle of your choice, taking into account the existence of 1.8 km of unpaved, but smooth road!
The beautiful beach of Panormos is one of the most popular beaches as it is located in the center, in the heart of the island!
It is organized and easily accessible by all means of transport
There are many picturesque restaurants, cafes, and a super market!
There is ample parking, the bus stop is almost on the beach, while the transfer can be done also by taxi.
A short path leads to the natural port "Blo", which is a truly idyllic landscape!
