Lemonia Cottage has a magic all of its own. An original greek 'Kalivi' lovingly renovated in recent years, sitting in its own private flower, fruit and vegetable gardens in an idyllic position situated halfway up the hillside above Skopelos town. A beautiful private pool, truly breathtaking sea and harbour views to mountains and the neighbouring Island of Alonissos beyond.
The space
Inside:
Lovingly restored and completely renovated.
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings in spring or autumn, air conditioning for summer heat, WiFi, Bluetooth BOSE Speaker, Smart TV with satellite dish and a selection of books. There is also a washing machine for longer stays.

Lemonia Cottage's wooden sleeping gallery of bedroom 1 is typically reached via a narrow spiral staircase and looks down into the living room (limited headspace).
Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor level with en-suite bathroom for complete privacy.
Both bedrooms feature 1.60 m wide very comfortable beds with feather pillows and ample clothes storage space.

Sea and harbour views from all rooms.

Outside:
Directly in front of the cottage is a spacious terrace with pergola, partially covered by winding grapevines. Large table and chairs.
Steps down to sun terrace and the swimming pool, which is completely private and is approx. 3.25 meters x 7.25 meters. A separate outside kitchen covered with a Pergola of bamboo and linen including a second outside dining area. Terraces where you can relax in the sun or in the shade...
Steps down to the fruit tree garden with apricot, peach and of course the big lemon tree which the cottage got its name from :-)
