Beautiful wooden villa in the middle of Smaland

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and seek pure nature and tranquility, then you've come to the right place!

We rent our little Swedish dream come true in the middle of Smaland.

Our house, built in 1912, is built in typical Swedish style in red and white.

Located on a 3100 square meter natural plot with good reachable lake 150 meters away, it offers the best opportunities for rest and relaxation without having to give up today's standards.

Comfortable fireplace warmth surrounds you in all living areas of the ground floor and in the kitchen, modernity combines with the charm of ancient times.
They use a new fitted kitchen (induction), or the antique kiln.

Enjoy the first spring sun, or a beautiful late autumn day in our open conservatory, with a view of nature or the lake.

Sleep in absolute silence, in spacious bedrooms, or your children use the gallery as a play area, in case the weather should not be so good.

You can also use our rowing boat for a discovery tour on the lake.

Our villa is ideally located to many excursion possibilities Smalands!
The glassworks in Kosta, some moose parks, numerous lakes, Växjö (airport) and Kalmar as cities with flair and great shopping, the island of Öland - it takes more than an hour.
Hiking or cross-country ski trails are right on the doorstep.
Our small town Skruv with supermarket, bakery and snack bar is 2.5 km away and medical care can be found in 11 km in Lessebo.

Ein Schmuckstück in der unberührten Natur. Wir haben unsere Tage in Kylle genossen. Tagesausflüge nach Växjö, Kalmar, Öland sind ohne weiteres machbar und die Reise wert.

Ein so wunderbares Fleckchen Erde
Das Häuschen von Familie Schumacher war genauso wie wir es uns vorher vorgestellt hatten. Schon der Garten und die Lage an dieser sehr ruhigen, aber keineswegs einsamen Straße hat uns sehr verzaubert. Wie ein kleines Stückchen Bullerbü. Im Haus haben wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es steckt so unheimlich viel Liebe zum Detail darin. Es gibt viel Platz und jeder Raum hat bei uns seinen bestimmten Zweck erfüllt, ob beim Frühstück im Wintergarten, beim Lesen, beim entspannten Kochen, beim Malen, Basteln und Spielen oder beim gemütlichen Zusammensitzen vor dem Kamin. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge in die landschaftlich wunderschöne Umgebung gemacht, aber auch einfach das „Zuhause-Sein“ genossen. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und der Weg zum nächsten Örtchen mit dem kleinen Supermarkt und einem schönen kleinen Badesee nicht weit. Für uns ist der langgehegte Traum von Schweden in Erfüllung gegangen.

Wir haben 6 Tage in dem gemütlichen Schwedenhaus verbracht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, alles war in Ordnung. Leider wurde kein WLAN mehr angeboten wie es in der Hausbeschreibung steht. So musste ich mit meinem Datenvolumen Haushalten damit es reicht. Der Weg zu See müsste besser beschrieben werden oder sogar Schilder angebracht werden. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, wir sollen nicht durch das Nachbargrundstück gehen somit war für uns kein anderer Weg zu finden. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden mit dem Haus und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolles und gemütliches Haus
Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist super und wir waren auch viel im Ruderboot auf dem See unterwegs. Man kann viele Ausflugsziele erreichen. Wir überlegen schon nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Ein sehr nettes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besitzer und Verwalter sind sehr fair und nett. Wir haben nur leider ziemlich gefroren, da das wunderschöne aber alte Haus natürlich nicht gut gedämmt ist. Aber dafür konnten wir ein Bisschen Schnee genießen. Vielleicht kommen wir im Sommer mal wieder.

Ein wunderschönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus in fantastischer, ruhiger Umgebung. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Gemütliches Häusschen
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Wir fanden ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus vor. Es war sauber und die Einrichtung vollständig und funktionsfähig. Den See sieht man leider nicht direkt vom Haus und man muss ein paar Meter laufen, da es nur einen kleinen Waldweg mit Zugang gibt. Das Haus liegt sehr ländlich, auch wenn in der Nähe ab und zu mal ein Zug fährt, bekommt man davon nichts mit. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub mit viel Ruhe und toller Natur. Vielen Dank an Fam. Schumacher !

Wunderschönes Schwedenhäuschen
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem besonderen Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein richtig schönes, typisches rotes Schwedenhäsuchen wie man es sich vorstellt. Das Haus ist außerordentlich schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich richtig wohl. Das Haus ist mitten in der Natur gelegen, trotzdem sind es mit dem Auto nur ca. 5 Minuten in den nächsten Ort. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
