I was very pleased with the stay. The staff provided excellent customer service. The rooms were clean , well maintained and had everything you needed. The breakfast was so much better than the usual hotel breakfast. Will return and tell family members. I used the hotel hoppa bus that stopped outside.

Clean, modern hotel. Spacious room. Good buffet breakfast options and on the Heathrow hotel shuttle bus list, a few minutes from T5.

So two rooms booked under my name. Between the hotel and Expedia I’m still out of pocket .. each one blaming one another.. not an ounce of common sense .. Expedia asking if I wanted to book a family or friend in for a stay ! Telling me a double room.. means two rooms.. you really couldn’t make this story up .. I am still waiting for my refund .. oh ! No sausages or eggs for breakfast … this hotel is in the middle of Heathrow .. the delivery didn’t make it!!

First let me say the staff was great! The room was clean as best to housekeepings ability. There were some repairs needed in the room like the shower door. It smelled a little like stale smoke. The beds were so uncomfortable. I read the reviews before booking so I’m not sure if we got a crappy room or if all the rooms are like ours. I wouldn’t stay there again.
