Excellent location & quiet away from the hustle & bustle. Has all the amenities for a excellent, convinient snow trip. Heated Drying room for your snow gear & storage Family friendly Tv,lounges,pool table & gaming room. Breakfast buffet which is quite handy and on site parking permit included. 5 mins to perisher and shuttle bus out front. Definately be back next snow trip

Our time at Lions Lair was wonderful…. Winter WONDERLAND! Michael and Rowena we amazing, they were warm, welcoming, accommodating, helpful and full of tips and wealth of knowledge. The location was just perfect, we walked to Smiggin holes and when we travelled to Perisher it was a 5 min trip in a free shuttle bus. We also walked to our snow/ski hire place, Rhythm Smiggins. My husband and I travelled with 4 young children and we all really enjoyed our breakfast served each day. A big thank you to Lions Lair, and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND others to stay here.

A good 3.5 Star hotel.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Parking was good. Good security. There was a large TV in the common area. It would be better if there was a TV in each room as well.

A very enjoyable stay.

The Lions Lair felt welcoming as soon as soon as you walked through the door. The staff were friendly and helpful and its in a great spot to catch bus to Perisher or ski at Smiggins. The generous breakfasts set you up for the day.
