We were spending a night here after the penguin parade. The kitchen has all you need and the space for kids or big group of friends are amazing and chill. The host is responsive and friendly. Would book again for next time visit.

The Beach House

Helen was great to deal with. Plenty of room and options for chilling out. Was nice for our Melbourne family to be able to bring their dog with them. Will stay here again when back this way

Wonderful Venue, exceeded expectations

The place was absolutely lovely! Helen was extremely helpful prior to the stay and the check in procedure was very easy. This place had a lot of amenities available including a full kitchenware so it really felt like a home away from home. They even had shampoo and conditioner and ample towels and toilet paper and paper towels. I would highly recommend for any families or couples that wish to stay here.

Smith's Beach Mother's Day

The place was well presented and communication with the manager was second to none. Only thing negative would be that there we no basics upon arrival, like tea or coffee. After a very long drive to get there it was a noticeable absence but other wise, you will not be disappointed.

Our one night at Smiths Beach Property

The property was clean and welcoming with plenty of space for everyone. Unfortunately there was no hot water for showering in the second bathroom which we could manage as we were only staying one night. Another concern was a TV perched on top of the freezer on the deck area. When opening the freezer someone else needed to hold the TV so as it didn't fall. Apart from those 2 concerns we had a great stay, brilliant location, close to the beach and an excellent cafe.

Lovely relaxing beach house

Helen was great to deal with. The house was a 5 minute walk to Smiths beach and the dog and I enjoyed the mornings down there. The outdoor area is fantastic, relaxed and holds a bunch of people, the cool grass kept the dog happy during hot days, the air conditioning was great too. A very comfortable stay. Not having to worry about bringing towels or bedding was great also as we had family traveling down from interstate. Lovely quiet spot too.

Fantastic getaway!

What a lovely house! Perfect for families with little ones. Our kids loved the large backyard, outdoor dining area and of course the trampoline!! Would book again in a heartbeat.

Great outdoor area!

Great property! We had a group of 15 adults and all fit well. The inside areas don't have an enormous space, but the outdoor undercover deck area (that can be enclosed) and backyard were a fantastic set up for a big group. The owner was very helpful and communication was easy. Would happily recommended this place!

Home away from home

We were a large group (17) and stayed at the beach house for 3 nights. Spent a lot of time at the house itself which was wonderful, especially the outdoor entertainment area!! The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. Beach was just a short walk away. Helen was incredibly helpful, open to feedback and a lovely host. It was a very memorable trip for us and the house definitely played a role in that.
