Ready to relax and enjoy one of the best views on North Topsail Beach? Then we have the perfect condo for you! This condo is located at the luxurious Villa Capriani Resort in North Topsail Beach. Your family is sure to enjoy this classic beach villa, positioned on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, pools, and a wonderful view of the shore and ocean. When you arrive at the resort you will travel up the conveniently located elevator to the 3rd floor and head across the hall to the entranceway to Unit 411-B. Once inside you are greeted by a lovely foyer with stairs to the unit. Head on up and make yourself at home!

When you reach the top landing, to the right, you will find the master bedroom, complete with a wet bar and a private bath. To the left, you will find the Living room, Full Kitchen, a full bath, and the second bedroom. This unit offers a King bed and Double Sleeper Sofa in the master, a Queen bed in the second bedroom. All TVs in the unit offer cable services. A balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area is located off of the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your general cooking needs. Load up with locally grown produce, fresh-caught seafood, and all of your favorite treats so you won't even have to leave the comfort of the condo! A full-size washer and dryer is just off the kitchen. Enjoy all of the conveniences of home, such as wireless internet and cable TV, while looking out at the beautiful Atlantic Ocean view from the plush living room. The 4th-floor Villa Capriani units offer an extraordinary unobstructed view that you won't find anywhere else.

The Villa Capriani Resort offers true Topsail Island luxury. With many onsite amenities and private guest accommodations, this resort is for vacationers who really want to relax and enjoy their time on the beach. A tennis court is available for resident and guest recreation across the street from the complex. An onsite restaurant is also available to treat yourself to a special dinner. Three swimming pools and three hot tubs are available to guests in the central courtyard of the complex. The beach access is located just beyond the largest central pool on the ocean side of the courtyard. Two cars are permitted per property, and parking permits will be issued upon check-in. Parking around the complex is limited, but additional parking is across the street by the tennis court.

➤***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

Check-in was quick and easy with a notebook full of essential information and a clean, tidy unit. There were plenty of dishes and enough silverware for our group of seven. The only minor drawbacks were a lack of storage containers with corresponding lids and a broken outdoor chair. We would, however happily return.

Great venue

We really enjoyed our two weeks day at Villa Capriani. The ocean front location is absolutely fabulous. Our unit was as advertised and we were very satisfied. The check in process was cumbersome because there was no one really to talk to about the process. We finally got some help from personnel at the restaurant and that was very helpful. Our unit was on the fourth floor with stairs with stairs leading to the fourth floor. We are an older couple in the stairs made things difficult. Overall, we were very satisfied and look forward to renting there again.

Villa Capriani

Everything was good except you don't provide sheets and towels. There was some Queen size sheets on the King size bed all wrapped up and a few towels wrapped in plastic. I wasn't clear about weather I should use them and be charged for them if I did. I brought my own sheets and towels because I declined purchasing Linen service. So I didn't use them. I think it's pretty sad you can't provide the linens considering the price we pay. 😔. Hotels don't make you bring your own linens! 🤔. Please change your policy on that.

It was a nice stay...

Review of Villa Capriani 411-B Overall it was a pleasant stay. The view from our unit of the pools, restaurant and beach was perfect. Only comment regarding the balcony, provide quality chairs for guest to sit comfortably and look over the railing. Inside our 2 bed, 2 bath unit it was decent. Lewis Realty responded quickly to a few concerns including a faulty toilet, ceiling paint peeling in one of the baths, and a safety concern with the stairs. The fridge did leak intermittently which Lewis was willing to inspect further. Overall I believe we would stay at Villa Capriani again in another unit on the B side allowing for a great veiw of spectacular sunsets. Elevator was quick and available. Beach was not crowded. Pools were clean. Maybe one other improvement would be the selection of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and pot holders. We will likely inquire about a unit for next year same week.
